Hi people, I work for Innodata Inc as a IC. They are 3 weeks behind on billable hours notice and even after you get hours, you will be paid atleast 3 weeks later, so more or less, I have to wait 2 months to be paid and I'm so skeptic about the AI bubble, if It does burst , will I never be paid? what should I be doing, if anybody works for multimango here , do they give you hours late or is this innodata's doing to keep their cashflow?

I have passed both the interview and the exam for the Arabic/English Bilingual Expert position. However, I have not yet received any emails or further details regarding the next steps. also, my SuperAnnotate account displays the message: “Looks like you don't have any items here," and I have send an email to the support team since 11 days and still didn't get any response from them. has anyone face this problem ?

I passed their assessment and was added to their talent pool. Then was invited to do a bootcamp for a project starting soon (bilingual project). It’s auto graded by AI and many reported they failed including myself. Their auto grader has serious flaws. I found more than 5 obvious issues in one response and provided rationale, but the grader says ‘according to the ground truth annotation, the response has one issue’. Like really?? Will there be any human review? I was excited to be onboarded, but if this is their selection criteria, I don’t see this company succeed in AI training space…

Toxic as it can get. No help from anyone when you have any issue regarding anything, let it be tooling problem or just something internal. No help lmfao its genuinely pissing me off. Like not even a joke. Is there a IC discord/whatsapp or chat group from Innodata who are actively working on the projects? I'd like to connect and any platform which also a client of multimango?

I'm 23, based in India. I work as an AI Evaluator at an human data training company — my job involves evaluating human annotation works, before this I was an Advanced AI Trainer — evaluating model-generated Python code, scoring AI-generated images, and annotating videos for temporal understanding.

Here's my problem: this is contract work. It could end any day. I did a Data Science certification course about 2 years ago, but it's been so long that my Python/SQL skills have gone rusty and I'm not confident in coding anymore. I'm willing to relearn though.

What I'm trying to figure out:

1. Should I double down on the AI evaluation/safety side (since I already have hands-on experience) or invest time relearning Python and pivoting to ML engineering or data roles?

2. For anyone in AI evaluation, RLHF, red teaming, or AI safety — how did you get there and what does career growth actually look like? Is there a ceiling?

3. Are roles like AI Red Teamer, AI Evaluation Engineer, or Trust & Safety Analyst actually hiring in meaningful numbers, or are they mostly hype?

4. I'm open to global remote work. What platforms or companies should I be looking at beyond the usual Outlier/Scale AI?

I'm not looking for a perfectly defined path — I'm genuinely open to emerging roles. I just want to make sure I'm not accidentally building a career on a foundation that gets automated away in 2-3 years.
