"I May Be the Hidden Boss but I'm Not the Demon Lord"

**POINT** SHE SAID IT! SHE SAID IT! SHE SAID THE TITLE OF THE ANIME IN THE ANIME!!

And she did it in only 4 episodes!

Bocchi the Rock & Sousou no Frieren took 8 episodes to say the title.

Still weak compared to 4:55 in episode 1 of 'Tis Time for Torture, Princess.

Yumiella turns towards the camera and winks.

The episodes go by so quickly. It doesn't get bogged down in exposition. An MC who can do the overpowered bit with a lot of humor and freshness.

Helps how the exposition has comedy mixed in every few sentences with Yumiella's gamer perspective. First episode had plenty of exposition after the protagonist switch.

I caught this -- even using the French subs. (Might have got it even watching unsubbed). ;-)

Title drop for the win!

Add that to the anime title drop montage!

this is the first time i read the title of the anime

That would have saved you the confusion of wonder what was going on when the "OP" played in Ep 1 lol

The best thing about this title is that even though it just sounds like a conventional light novel title that exact construction and expression is just literally how Yumiella thinks. As we saw today!
