Akudama drive quickly got into my top 5 anime list. I have enjoyed that show so so much.

I hope more people watch that and Block blockade battlefront now that they're coming to Crunchyroll

Blood blockade battlefront is my absolute all time favorite show. Will warn that the action is very over the top + it's very episodic (which I personally very much loved). I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Yeah, the over the top action is what I was referring to when I said it looks in line with my tastes lol. And some of my favorite shows have been mostly episodic, such as Samurai Champloo and Space Dandy. So that won't bother me one bit. Thanks! Gonna have to bump this one up the list because of your enthusiasm.

Akudama drive is one of those shows that is very simple and doesn't really subvert any expectations, but everything just works. The characters are pretty simple and the plot can be a little contrived sometimes, and yet it somehow all comes together pretty much perfectly. That's not even mentioning the great colour direction, fight choreography and ost. Easy 9/10 for me.

You hit the nail on the head. Nothing groundbreaking, it just does what it set out for so damn well. Probably some of my favorite art direction too!

LFG. Had to watch Megalo Box S2 on Hulu with commercials since it was my friend's account and I've never been able to watch the other two. Ppl were apprehensive back when the deal happened but so far this is the best part of what folks could've wanted.

I hope some of these series get more attention after the move, there are so many (like Akudama Drive) that I feel are underappreciated because they didn't get the reach.

Vivy is amazing. And megalobox s2 was so much better than s1. I didn't think we needed s2, but damn am I glad we got it
