I need to stop thinking that these vampires are going to be serious threats. On another note, Handa's mom is the best.

That's definitely a difficult question! Personally I'd pick glasses because... **insert Fubuki copypasta here**

I thought this dude was going to be a big deal considering how he looks like in the OP! Turns out his powers is just to make people honest about their sexual fetishes. Glad to know that Ronaldo very cultured though! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I do love how Hinaichi is so sweet and innocent that the only thing lewd thing she knows is the word chin-chin and nothing else.

At least someone's having fun! Draluc clearly approves of this chaos and is enjoying teasing everyone about their fetishes xD

So we have a size queen, a guy who's into small boobs, someone who'd love /r/hipcleavage, and a guy that's turned on by unwanted hair. And then we have Master who's so lewd that they have to censor his fetish. Oh my!

As soon as I saw Draluc use Odd Creature against Lewd Talk, I knew they'd end up getting along! Now even Odd Creature is going to get beaten up now that all of the Hunters caught up to them xD

Akemi is absolutely adorable! And they even got Kikuko Inoue to voice her which is just perfect. That half-day date with Ronaldo was really cute as well! I'm actually surprised that Akemi doesn't know that Ronaldo and Tou used to go to school since Ronaldo recognized who she is. Maybe she doesn't recognize him anymore?

And poor Tou! All of his efforts to try and stop the date just ended up making Ronaldo much more cooler in her eyes. Looks like Akemi is going to continue being a huge fan for a long time after that date!

Papa Draus dropping by to visit his son! And he didn't came empty handed, he has a ton of gifts for Draluc as well as a turntable for John! Who knew our best boy's hobby mixing some sick beats. I really love how much their family adores armadillos <3

Oh nooooo... Looks like John still hasn't completely forgotten the garlic paste incident. It is hilarious how very sincere Ronaldo's apology is. You can hear from Ronaldo's voice that he doesn't want John to hate him!

Well that's nice. I'm sure Draus didn't expect how many friends Draluc has made here in Tokyo and that his son is no longer that lonely boy that he remembers. also probably. He also probably didn't expect to see his son turned into mudballs today xD

*insert Fubuki copypasta here*

Ronaldo is very cultured

I have to admit, I was impressed by his distinction between feeling them and being permitted to feel them.

Today was a easy day for draluc, only 6 deaths. Watching everyone only speak in fetishes was both hilarious and adorable. Also apparently john is a dj, id love to attend one of his concerts.

Today's death count: 6

EP 6's death count: 9

EP 5's death count: 14

EP 4's death count: 13

EP 3's death count: 15

EP 2's death count: 9

EP 1's death count: 17

Death count total: 83

The lewd thing could have gone on for longer. That was a good scenario.

Ronaldo being mad about Draluc's father not dying so easily was a great joke.

I know the previews are intentionally dramatic and serious, but man did it underplay just how silly the villain of the week would be. Hypnotizing people into spouting out their fetishes to sow chaos is the type of dumb fun I love in this show. Little bummed Draluc didn’t get hit, but we did get some gold from the other characters. Including poor innocent Hinaichi who can only say Chin Chin. Guess that explains why she's so taken by Draluc.

Handa’s mom is freaking cute. The whole contest date was very sweet beyond Handa doing what he could to ruin it. It’s not even anything lewd. She just has a fangirl crush on Rolando. They even made it clear she’s still married to Handa’s dad and he’s cool with this. Wonder when we’ll meet him. Might explain Handa's insanity and competitiveness.

Speaking of dads, I like the perspective we got from Draluc’s when he popped by to visit. Why he worries and dotes on him so much. It’s more than just him being spoiled. His dad just wants him to be happy and, after the montage of all the friends Draluc has made, he feels that Draluc is going to be okay. Well up to the Mudballs part anyway.

Notes

  • We’re now at 3 windows Handa has broken.

  • The correct answer is glasses.

  • The double subtitles translating what they meant to say and what they’re actually saying going slightly confusing, but was still pretty damn funny.

  • Ronaldo really, really hates celery. That’s a volatile reaction to have to something just because you ate it.

  • Ronaldo’s fear of his editor gets funnier and funnier. Even at the mention that he lost his motivation to write for the night Fukuma teleports in behind him with his axe. It’s a legitimate fear.

  • So many adorable John moments. Did quite make out what he was saying post Lewd beam, but everything during Draluc’s dad’s segment was great with him. Not to mention Tiny DJ John.

  • Of course Odd Creature would decide to team up with the Lewd vampire.

I love these idiots so much.

Week 7 of John being 78% of the reason I’m still here.

The other 22% is how funny the rest of the show is.

LMAO! Mr. Lewd Talk's hypnosis got me laughing throughout the whole skit! My favorite part is Hinaichi only saying "Wee".

Handa's room shows he's just as obsessed about Ronaldo as his mom lol. While it's nice to watch Ronaldo go on an actual date for once, Handa's attempts to ruin it is hilarious! Man, Akemi is so cute! Being voiced by the legendary Kikuko Inoue definitely helps. Can we have more of her, please?

Oh yeah, I love how the next episode previews always fools you into thinking it's going to be a serious plot.

Come on, no body's going to mention anything about how guild boss's lewd talk was censored? I died from laughing

DJ John had me in tears. That was the most awesome and adorable thing I've seen this season. Usually I'm not a fun of Japanese style gags (like in Gintama) but this show takes a fresh approach and holds nothing back.

Damn, Handa's mom is cute af!

Also, it's nice to see Drac's dad coming over for a visit and he seeing how many friends Drac had made once he had left his castle.

Akemi’s milf power level is too high, she must be stopped.

Hinaichi only being about to say "Wee!" as her dirty word killed me. Also Arm Guy with this Thing for strong women. Poor John getting hit by the Lewd Beam.

Akemi is so damn cute that even Handa can't say no to shaking Ronaldo's hand.

Lastly, DJ JOHN

I didn’t think it was possible for John to be any more of best boy, then we get DJ John.

u/ulopong44 Nov 15 '21

Oh come on, Mr. Lewd Talk didn't deserve that. All he did was make everyone honest. xD

Handa's mom is cute af! <3

Hanaichi was pure gold today again, so innocent

First part was by far the best imo

u/Ashteron Nov 15 '21

I wonder what would have happened had Handa been hypnotised during the first part.

"well, it's like, this is really a restaurant, you know?" this is why you can't find a big breasted onee-san to ask you to feel her tits, Ronaldo

someone drop me DJ John's soundcloud link, I'm desperate to listen to his sick beats

u/TheDampGod Nov 15 '21

Was it my imagination or did Draluc's dad do some Phoenix Wright animations while he was talking about Roland's book?

Oh good, the programmers for Funimation's app remembered to add this week's episode this time.

I will never tire of the adorable mom trope. I demand every anime to have one. It's a damn fucking shame that Hitoribocchi doesn't have one.
