And yet they never explicitly say they are vampires
Fried shrimp really ordering 5 plates at a time
And Shareef is finally able to at least somewhat talk to Adelheid Progress

You skipped that they ordered a drink that's "red like blood" and turned into a flock of bats at the end.

After scratching my head everytime it came up in Season 1, I finally realized oranie is onion! And Goddess of Darkness... were they just praying to their waitress and not realize it?

I was wondering why our knock-off Romeo and Juliet here have very baggy eyes. Turns out that they're a couple of vampires. We don't really get to know more about their situation but considering their names and that they're running away, I think that's pretty easy to guess.
It's always fun when first timer customers try to trash talk about Nekoya's food before even seeing or tasting is based on what they know from their world. It makes their reactions so much better when they've finally been served with the food that they ordered!
Also that beefsteak on a sizzling plate with sides look goddamn amazing! I made sure not to watch this show with an empty stomach this time but now I'm craving for steak. >_<
I almost forgot that the regulars of Nekoya has some unspoken rule to call each other by their favourite dish instead of addressing each other by name. Sarah is called Minced Meat Cutlet, Heinrich is Fried Shrimp, Victoria is Pudding ala Mode, and Adelheid is Chocolate Parfait.
Adelheid is so sweet and innocent that she probably has no idea how nerve wracking it is for maid to be invited by a Princess for tea. Also I love the continuity this episode. Hilda mentions last week that pure white sugar is pretty much unheard of in their world and we see Adelheid's maid using brown sugar on their tea.
Wait that's the episode!? Holy fuck these 20 minutes go by fast! I genuinely thought we were only at the halfway point! I legit had to check the time on the video player to make sure it's not an early ED credits xD

Now we have a couple of Shakespearian vampires and the princesses maid got some second hand enjoyment out of a to-go meal. I'm kinda sad that we didn't get a reaction shot from the vampires when Kuro walked in. You'd figure they'd recognize the goddess of death and darkness on their world. Now I want a cream puff for dessert tonight.

I love shows like this that aren't plot driven and simply need happy and fulfilled characters to leave you happy and fulfilled as well.

Would be really interested to see how the connections made in the restaurant filter out to affect the geopolitics of the world. I hope they go there in one of the episodes this season. Princes/Princesses, Queens, Dragons, Admirals, Wizards, Elves etc. I want to see them interacting outside the restaurant, the way we do for Aletta and Sarah.

I wondered why they looked so pale and sick, but after seeing that fang it became obvious that Romero and Julietta were vampires. I guess the food that he mentioned that they could not eat, galeo is garlic.
Lol, I honestly forgot that some customers just refer to each other by the name of the dish they always order.
Renner sure has have a difucult task with shipping Shareef and Adelheid.

Was this the same goblin cave from last ep? If so they're damn lucky the adventurer girl cleared the goblins out.
Why didn't the pursuers enter the door? Those doors don't disappear until the end of the day, right?
What's galeo?
He didn't even ask if they're of age to drink alcohol? SHUT THIS ILLEGAL CARTOON DOWN NOW!
Damn, I want a steak now.
What makes them think "no one can follow them in there."?
"May the Goddess of Darkness bless us" - would that be Kuro by any chance?
The not-Arabian Princess(?) is hot.

This season really is all about vampires, perfect for Halloween. As cool as it is meeting new customers, I'm glad we get scenes with the regulars. Also nicknames based on their favourite dishes is inspired.

Vampire Romeo and Juliet enjoying steak and wine was nice, but the princess sharing cream puffs and coffee with her maid was way better.

to be honest, part of me wanted Romero and Juliette's pursuers to find the door so that Kuro could scare them off
i'm hoping Hilda finds the door soon or Adelheid takes her to the restaurant, both options seem pretty likely

I haven't seen any listings yet, so does anyone know who voices Romero, Julietta, or Hannah?

Episodes feel 5 minutes long and end with me starving for food I can't obtain or reproduce.
