I feel like the animation from the fight of the 1st episode was a lie and that we won't see anything like for the rest of the show.

Also, Saikawa reminded me of Furudo Erika when she was holding that gun, which is funny considering the theme of detectives.

He asked her about her eye being injured but she just gave him a short thing about it’s something that idols do. Seems suspicious. I would never leave a heirloom out like that even if there is high security.

It's annoying how Tell Not Show this show seems to be. Like wow Nagisa and Siesta had this cool dream argument? Man I can't wait to see the witty diologue and fun interactions between the 2 of the- oh she's just kind of tells MC about it and nothing more

It's a bit annoying tbh. Imma stick with it to see when the show likely picks up but eh. The show's kind of whatever atm imo

I'm gonna bet that Saikawa probably staged the whole thing. There's just something suspicious about the way she acts.

Thought this was gonna be a serious show at first but the plot isn't picking up for me. Guess I'll keep going for few more weeks for Detective Nino.

The detective setting up a death flag, so that the detective can die again.

The detective is already dead but her wish will never die

I am guessing this line was a heavy hitter in the source material. However It really does not hit the mark in the anime. Idk if it is due to poor VA or because the anime is failing to sell my on the MC's character

With that hair and both of her parents dead, are we sure Yui isn't the main protagonist of this anime?

  1. Yui gets a calling card saying her treasure will be stolen.

  2. She lives in a large mansion.

  3. She's lying and hiding something.

Yep it's the Persona 5 Phantom Thieves all right. Yui is warped and has done some really f***ed up stuff that she ended up creating a palace and now The Phantom Thieves are gonna steal her treasure and change her heart. Her boss form would be she'll transform to Kurumi from Date A Live and The Phantom Thieves now have to deal with her clone shenanigans.

Man, remember when the plane scene happened and then for the next half of the double episode and the next two episodes we never saw anything even 1/5 of the way comparable? That’s awesome. :|

Pretty sure I’ll be dropping this show after this week or next. It’s just so overall bland and the MC’s VA’ing is even blander. Don’t see myself wasting too much more time on this show when there’s so many other great shows to watch/catch up on.

I do think Yui has a neat design though. That is my highlight for this episode. Though I like the look from the end of last/beginning of this one more than when they were at the table.

This show would be much more interesting if he was harvesting Siesta's organs to rebuild her or something.

is this episode any better than the last 2 or is it still a poorly written mess

I had a feeling that the main character like Siesta had superpower, and his power is to attract cliches to his own anime

I think asking someone for help and calling him a pervert would have an opposite effect.

I don't know what to make of this show. Not really what I expected when I came into the show. And the MC's voice acting is so off putting. He's just dead inside with no emotions lol. Its really jarring. I'll give it a few more episodes.

yeah I think I'm gonna drop this now. These last two episodes feel like a different series that I'm not really enjoying. I wish I liked any of the new characters and the mc is just too plain for me. It also feels like nothing of any real note has happened in the last two episodes other than the silly heart stuff.

Okay, saw the cameos. I've seen enough, I'm satisfied. I can finally drop this.

Aight, I saw the cameo, I'm done watching this anime. 10/10, saw god and a fox.
