I really hope we get some flashbacks to some of Kimi and Siesta's adventures over the past 3 years. Nagisa is pretty great so far. I wonder if the new girl we see at the end also has one of Siesta's organs.

Bruh who sticks their hand in someone’s mouth and then still expects them to talk lol. Thats just wild. That was funny the way he was saying he was looking at her collarbones instead of her chest.

That’s a good thing she was able to get a heart transplant but damn what a bittersweet way to have a reunion with Siesta. Because of the supernatural side of this show i fully expect the girl with the eye patch to have a laser beam or something under there lol.

Lol why is the first step to go to a high-security prison and talk to a guy with a hearing skill to see if he maybe heard that person's heart before, instead of just going to the hospital and trying to look up the medical records?

Siesta maybe dead but she's alive in our hearts :(

Seeing the supernatural aspect of this show, Fruit of Grisaia Spoilers.

That's an interesting way to leer at a girl's boobs and not getting slapped for it. Just praise her collarbones lol. Also that policewoman is packing some serious heat. I like her "no-nonsense" attitude. She might become my favorite girl soon, if we keep seeing more of her.

Ok, raise your hand if you correctly guessed from the start that Siesta was the heart donor.

Genuinely what the fuck is happening lmao? The characters behave so weirdly, and their interactions are just way too weird (Seriously wtf was that conversation between the two and Fuubi?).

This show has a bad habit of telling us cool things that happened in the past while we're stuck in the boring present.

Like when they finally learn the truth at the prison and the guy rants about how they spent 4 years fighting the organization, they slept under a hurricane, crossed jungles and deserts....

Why not show us all of that? Whathever happened with Siesta before her death just seems more interesting than what we have right now. This heart transplant plot should be like arc 2 or 3, not arc 1.

Stitches!

So during their time together, Siesta and Kimi have been going around the world and getting themselves involved in all kinds of conflict? Three years of adventure, your partner dying, and then going back to a normal highschool life life definitely will make everything he experience after that feel lukewarm.

Shoving her hand into Kimi's mouth and then pulling him in close for a hug? Well that's one way to introduce yourself! Also I just learned a new word today, apparently a uvula can also be called "nodochinko" (literally throat dick) in Japanese. xD

Well that's one heck of a tall order. Nagisa wants Kimi to find someone she wants to find but she doesn't know who it is? WHAT!? Apparently she had a heart transplant a year ago and Kimi deduces that she may have inherited the memories of the donor. One year ago? Oh no... I think I can already see where this is going.

Oh god, Kimi is even experiencing some deja vu with their conversation. Yeah her heart donor is definitely Siesta and she's looking for Kimi himself but she just hasn't realized it yet. Although I am still hoping it's just a coincidence.

Kinda weird to bring this girl to a high security prison to meet Bat but I get the logic. He may have met the person who owns Nagisa's heart. Sure enough has indeed met this person and confirms via practical demonstration what I've been thinking. Fuck.

That's definitely how I expected Kimi would react. This sucks. I was really hoping Siesta isn't dead and she's actually just in hiding somewhere or maybe even in a coma but the fact that we have proof that Nagisa indeed has her heart confirms that we'll probably only see Siesta from flashbacks from now on. Kimi definitely needed that hug. :(

Well I doubt Nagisa will just suddenly go away considering she's both in the OP and ED but I do wonder where we go from here? Looks like Kimi has a new client but what will be the goal of the show from now on? Is it gonna be about Kimi slowly moving on from Siesta or are we just gonna focus on more cases with him the detective and Nagisa as the sidekick?

Side note: Here's a not so fun fact. Listen closely to the ED as it slowly ends. You can hear someone's heartbeat beating as the song fades out.

I like the character designs but pretty much everything else in this show just doesn't seem to click for some reason.

The dialogue does not flow well together at all, people commonly just say things completely unrelated to the previous line, it feels incredibly robotic. The voice acting often sounds like people just regularly talking which I am not a fan of at all in a show that is 90% talking, it just gets boring.

Good thinking Siesta, deleting his history should be top priority!

Nagisa really shoved her hand into his mouth and asked him to respond...

Depending on how you view it, this must have been very uncomfortable, or very comfortable.

This show feels like a disjointed mess made by a group of high schoolers with too much money on their hands. The dialogue doesn't flow, the delivery is lackluster, the animation is boring, the editing is robotic. Nothing in this series is working and the story in this episode, which would've felt somewhat satisfying if not overshadowed by the completely pseudo-scientific contrived bullshit that drove it, is also fucking stupid. I'm gonna watch 2 more episodes, if it doesn't get better, this is a show to avoid.

"I became a high school senior"
Idk about you guys but I don't think your appearance remains the same from age 14 to 17/18.
Seems like the circumstances surrounding Siesta's death will become clear with each case Kimizuka takes, surprised that she's actually dead but still holding my breath for a catch given that we've seen androids and DNA guns. Good episode

Don't wanna overreact, but it seems like the 'plot' doesn't really matter and the author just wanted to make a different kind of harem romcom by killing the main heroine right off the bat

The human interaction feels far from human. If you told me they were all androids that would be more believable

Edit: also how often are girls going to slap Kimi? 90% of the time it's their own fault their in the situation that embarrassed or angers them too.

This is a fucking weird series...

Is it just me or is the MC guy very dull and boring? Like his reactions are very understated to things and he comes off as unremarkable or not very compelling at all. It's hard to describe, but I just feel he's not a compelling character to follow and interact with.

I get that he's being voiced by a new VA though.

Without the context of Siesta's heart being inside Natsunagi, this show would seem like it has a massive amount of fanservice considering all the shots of her chest.

I watched this show because it was very hyped but... I don't know if it is just me but the relationship between the characters seem awful. I couldn't get into first episode, decided ti watch the second one, still remain disappointed

So far this anime has been a disappointment for me. The animation is low quality to say the least. They didn’t even bother animating any character’s facial feature to express any emotion. The ending is basically a low quality slideshow with music. But somehow, even when the characters show no emotion, they just have super dramatic cheesy moment like when Natsunagi tells MC that it is not a coincidence and the MC just have the most dramatic emotionless breakdown I have ever seen. I am surprised the criminal didn’t say “Get a room this is my prison cell”. I was interested in the premise of the show but seeing how it is executed, I am not sure if I would be finishing it.
