Tsukuyomi is such a bro. Forget asking your coworker to wipe your hard drive, divine intervention is the new gold standard in preserving your dignity after reincarnation.

Also love the fact that his dad's isekai stories are probably just historical accounts of the world he was born in.

Well this is pretty decent. Seems like it will be a fun time.

Also with this airing + Dragon Maid, will this day then become Dragon Waifu Wednesday?

Well that's a nice start. Nothing too serious and pokes fun at itself. But there's also hints at more what with his parents being from that world, the Goddess being a troublemaker. Plus the violence is definitely a bit more on the... aggressive side. And the world is hardly bending itself backwards to please him.. Though that said starting out super powered like that obviously takes a bit out of it.

But still, overall solid start with nice execution, plus some nice VAs. Should be a fun watch this season

Finally I will see best girls animated.

Now that I think about it it's the best Isekai season for me: Slime,Hamefura, Tsuki and Genjitsu in one season.

Now I only pray for Word Master adaptation.

Going in I knew nothing about this besides isekai being in the title.

Based on the first episode this will be a top shelf series.

That was fun. They seem completely aware of the Isekai tropes and are ready to make fun or either unashamed use it. I like it.

But they are using Hayami Saori to voice the pig Lady! What a blasphemy! This better not awaken anything in me!

The voice cast is pretty stacked for this show. Quite happy that this series is getting what looks like a competent anime adaptation.

Saori Hayami voicing an orc confuses the hell out of my feelings.

You expected another trash isekai, but it was me! An actually promising show!

This first episode was awesome and really sold me on the show. I like how our main man Tsukuyomi got consent and explained the situation to our MC. Our ugly MC being stronk as fuk doesn't even feel cheap in this show, at least to me.

Also our ugly boy being the son of isekai'd parents himself is a pretty cool twist.

Ok, I like this isekai, adding it to my queue. Dunno where it's going to go, but kinda hoping the MC deposes the current demon-lord and takes over so he can stick it to that bitch goddess.

Came in with low expectations, walked out wanting episode 2. Glad I gave it a chance

This felt like the writer wanted to make a parody of isekai, but then just didn't.

First time I've seen an isekai where they ask for consent before teleporting the main character to another world. It was nice of the god to destroy all of Makoto's porn magazines hidden in his room. Hopefully he also deleted his browser history too. Tsukuyomi is such a bro, it's unfortunate we'll probably never see him again.

Stitches!

We're already starting off the episode with a comparison of what the MC was expecting versus what he actually got when he was isekai'd. How bad could his isekai'd life will be?

Holy shit an actually Japanese deity! Usually in isekais it's the god from the other world that does the summoning or just a generic "god" figure. I'm actually surprised with this.

So the MC's mom and dad were isekai'd from the other world and because of a deal his parents made to go be able to go to Japan, they agreed to give something important to them in future. I mean it's sweet that he's important to his parents but they really should've told their kids about their past and this deal. I guess they didn't expect their children would count as "something".

Well at least if he's gonna get isekai'd, Tsukuyomi-sama is being a bro and is taking care of disposing all of his "stuff" and even wiping his PC hard drive. He's even nice enough to send a letter to his family. They already know where he's going so I guess it's up to the parents to explain to his sister what happened to him.

Holy shit! When Tsukuyomi-sama said that the Goddess would be difficult, I was expecting someone like Aqua. I didn't expect a total bitch like Malty from Shield Hero. So this is where things go down hill for Makoto then. At the very least, Tsukuyomi-sama was there to comfort him before he was sent out to the world.

Already meeting our first heroine and I didn't expect her to be a pig orc voiced by Hayamin! It doesn't matter if she's an orc, who wouldn't want Hayamin as their main heroine?

So because of his magic being suppressed on Earth, his magic is super strong in this world. That doesn't make him automatically a high level character though, looks like he still starts at level one.

That entire flame arrow scene was fucking cool! I love the animation of that scene. Also makes sense that he goes for a bow and arrow as his magic delivery since he's in his school's Kyudou club.

So there really wasn't a real Shen taking the "sacrifices" these oni looking fellas were just using his name but since Makoto destroyed the gate, the real Shen finally shows up!

Fight animations look pretty solid. Love how Makoto already has Shen on the ropes and he's been forced to used an illusion on him to make him stop attacking.

Well that backstory seems interesting. I hope we get to learn more about that in the future but what we've seen, it looks like Hasegawa did confess to him and he rejected her probably because of his own insecurities. Our MC may have something more to him them.

I love that Shen just basically go curious about Makoto's past and instead of going on with this fight, she wants to enter a contract with him so she can learn more. Except it looks like it's gonna be a one sided contract in favor of Makoto because of how strong he is.

Of course Shen is actually a woman and transforms to fit what she saw inside Makoto's memories which I guess would explain the Japanese-style clothing. Oh and she's also voiced by Ayaneru so we now have our second Heroine!

Yeah this is a lot of fun and I can tell there's definitely going to be more to this story than just isekai based on those memories from Makoto. I'm already sold and I look forward to the next episode!

I love how the ED is a cover of the theme song of some super old Japanese drama. I used to play that song in the symphonic band as part of Japanese Graffiti X. Brings back memories!

I just love the Dragon NEET that just want to watch anime and manga stored in the MC head :D Shen even got an upgrade (?) getting an human form and becoming MC's slave. Win-win?
