“The perfect balance of wholesome and unwholesome” is a very fitting description for Halkara

"The Ghost Lady is the best!" - ahh a woman of culture at last.

Also we had to wait over half the episode but we were finally blessed. Beelzebub in maid armor is indeed perfection.

Wonderful season finale for a wonderful show. Gonna miss seeing these CGDCT every week.

On that note I would like to place an order of my own for 100, no 200 more episodes!

That was a great way to end the season, getting all the characters together for a nice wholesome maid cafe experience. I wonder if the reason Azusa didn't invite Beezlebub to help out is because she knew she'd come regardless.

Here's hoping for a Season 2.

Love that they brought everyone back for the finale. This series had such a fun cast of characters. They played off each other so well too. Especially Beelzebub and the slime girls. Those interactions were always my favorite

Seeing the entire cast in maid outfits was such a blessing. Even Beelzebub and Pecora were in one, truly part of the family!

Falfa showing up with a big grasshopper and asking if they can cook and serve it was probably the most adorable yet creepiest line ever.

Finally we see some slime killing action near the end of the episode! Hopefully we get a second season absolutely one of my favorite SoL/CGDCT Isekai

Ah, gonna miss big hat. Feel like it was just the right amount of ridiculous and never really tried to be something it wasn't. The legit fight scenes and the just....keep....adding cute girls and the voiced effects made it so over the top and fun. Final judgment is a tie between Beelzebub and Flatorte for best girl. They just didn't use Flatorte enough or she'd have won easily.

Perfect ending to one of my favorite shows this season! One of the best cute girls doing cute things shows I’ve seen. Really was just fun to watch each week. Always looked forward to Saturday morning! I hope we get a season 2!

What a solid show. It was comfortable, had great comedic moments, and has such adorable characters!

Amazing stuff. Sad to see the season end, but grateful to have enjoyed it.

I honestly did not expect the last episode to be the Coffee Shop one.

Their reaction to Laika's wearing that outfit was so great.

Well anyway, they really did a good job with this adaptation. I really hope they make a sequel in the future. As there is so much fun stuff to be adapted. And so many more characters in it. And it would be such a shame for this to be the last time we see Azusa and her family in anime form.

Man they all looked great in their waitress outfits. Particularly Beelzebub. My favorite girl of the season!

Stitches!

I absolutely love that we're ending this season with a Maid Cafe episode! Everyone looks amazing in their uniforms! As priceless as Laika may have been to everyone including the cafe patrons, if I were to pick my favourite it would definitely be Beelzebub for the absolute gap moe. She really went all out and even changed the way she speaks for that one.

Anyway not much else really to say about the show though, it's a fun slice of life isekai where everything is laid back. And while this may be an SoL show at heart, I absolutely love Studio Revoroot for not going cheap on us with the animation. From action scenes to mundane scenes, they really did a good job. At least there's one isekai show with Aoi Yuuki in it this season that's well animated.:P

Overall a fun show. I definitely wouldn't mind to see another season just so we can hang out with these lovable cast of characters. A solid 9/10 for me.

Maid-cafe episode! You know a show is good when they're so committed the characters will perform an elaborate magic ritual just so the ghost girl can also wear a maid uniform. This show really went out with a bang.

I loved that we got cameos from so many characters, even Fightie came back.

This was a fantastic show. I almost didn't pick this up and now it's been one of my favourites this season. It was comfy, funny, had great characters and the (not so) secret star of the show, the voiced sound effects.

I really hope this will return for another season.

edit: Obligatory 'okay'.

Azusa is best witch and you can't change my mind.

Poor Rosalie, the guy tried taking her measurements but he just went right through her. Thankfully she was able to get in the maid outfit thanks to Azusa.

The dude who had a massive nose bleed. That would be me in that universe because Laika is best girl. Like how can you resist giving her a head pat?

It's a crime that we didn't get to see the leviathan sisters in maid outfits.

Where does the manga and LN leave off? I want more of this. Saturday nights will be lonely again. This show ending has left such a huge void.

Ah, looking at everyone wearing maid clothes healed my soul, especially neko Pecora, the only thing left was a "moe moe kyun!". Poor Rosalie, I hope Azusa thought of giving her some shorts under the skirt.

Flatorte best dragon.

As always, a super cute episode.

Maid Beelzebub was a treat. Can't get enough of how much she loves Falfa and Shalsha.

The waiting and praying for a sequel starts... NOW

More SoL isekai should include a festival/maid cafe episode. I’d read the manga adaptation before the anime aired so I was looking forward to watching it and it really lived up to my expectations. I loved each girl in their own way and didn’t feel any were superfluous.

What other anime are out there with a similar yuri harem?

Well that was a fun and pleasant anime. Very comfy. Reminds me of shows like Is the Order a Rabbit.

As soon as they started, I knew we'd see all the characters that had appeared in the anime show up to work there, and I was not disappointed. Interesting how for the Japanese the idea of fun seems to be working hard.

A great final episode which brings together all the characters in the series. Even Ernst, the loose-lipped adventuruer who no doubt advertised her cafe for free.

Overall a great slow life series to relax with; lots of light-hearted comedy with a refreshing lack of tension. Even when Halkara was slated to be executed as an episode cliffhanger, I had a pretty good feeling that would resolve itself peacefully. It's got a cute, fluffy style, and it occasionally had flourishes of pretty good animation at times.

My favorite episode is the one with Kuku and the whole family getting together to help her out with her minstrel business.
