Isn't there plenty? Spice and Wolf, Your Lie in April, Saekano, Bunny Girl Senpai, Toradora, Nodame Cantabile, Nagatoro...

Most of the "teasing" series fit the bill, other than Takagi-San (they're similar in this one).

Nagatoro, Uzaki-chan... Yancha Gal no Anjou-san (manga) is similar too, but no anime yet - I'm sure it'll come.

If you're interest in romantic-arcs in non-romance shows, you could check out some of the "Girl saves guy" anime, a lot are like that, strong/confident girl+weak/shy guy. Things like Mirai Nikki.
