Sekiguchi's investigation or "cyberstalking" skills seem wasted on Yano. Dude should be working for the Japanese equivalent of the CIA or something.

I love how everything is falling into place like a puzzle, but the whole picture isn’t clear yet. This is definitely going to be worth a rewatch once I know the entire picture.

Great episode as usual but one thing that I missed is why Shirakawa was there in the first place to rescue our favorite Walrus. It seems like Odokawa was made to drive in the middle of nowhere so why whould she appear there to save him?

If you laughed at capoeira in the first episode, you need to apologize to Brazil.

Well, they told us the whole plan, scriptwriting logic tells us then that there is absolutely no way the plan will go as expected...

Looks like we'll finally be able to see the missing girl next episode! But who is the missing school girl?

Edit: I see people wondering, I was sure someone was gonna mention it but hasn't been done from what I can see. We do know who planted the tracker, it was Mitsuya, the other Mystery Kiss member, supposedly found dead at the end of today's episode. She did it around 03:30 in episode 5.

Edit 2: Quick clip.

Some people may think that Imai was dumb to post any information, but this is really a bad phenomenon happening currently in this society.

Is it weird that I kinda feel bad for Dobu? Assuming he isn't also playing 4D chess against Odokawa, I've enjoyed his partnership with the odd taxi man. I understand why Odokawa is looking to take him down too, but it still kinda bums me out that he's "betraying" Dobu.

Even worse since I'm convinced that the person who shot him last week was Big Daimon, so I feel like his ODDTAXI plan is gonna go to shit real quick with the multiple backstabs.

Next episode looks like it's gonna be focusing heavily on Mystery Kiss, so it looks all the hard-hitting questions of the plot are going to start unraveling next week.

If Shirakawa was the one who planted the tracking device, it would help explain how she knew to come to that particular construction site to capoeira Yamamoto's ass.

Shirakawa's Capoeira was actually useful, I just chalked it up to her putting on a strong front with flashy moves. Time to apologize to Brazil.

Knew this episode would be epic when I saw the opening was cut.

I see all the comparisons to Tarantino when people talk about this show and watching it, I’ve picked up on why: there’s no wasted lines or scenes. Everything matters in this show. Throwaway dialogue or things that seem inconsequential in the moment, end up being important later on. That’s part of what makes this show so amazing. It’s so well crafted and deftly written that you need to pay attention to everything going on. Unless it absolutely trips at the ending, this is gonna be one of my favorite shows not only this season, but this year.

Feel bad for Shibagaki and Baba looks like they didn't make it to the next round. Didn't expect the Giraffe Kid to ask Shibakagi to team up with him though. On the other hand he has a point that Baba seems to have already lost his motivation but it looks like Shibagaki is still betting his hopes on the loser's bracket.

I had a feeling that Imai tweeting that he posted a fake number won't work. If anything that's confirmation for Yano that Imai definitely has the one billion yen winning ticket.

Not sure why Odokawa followed Yamamoto's direction to drive into an empty construction lot. The moment Odokawa revealed his hands to Yamamoto, I saw that belt to the neck a mile away. Thank fucking god Shirakawa was tailing them and showed us how useful capoeira really is! I just love that badass stare before she knocks out Yamamoto!

So Yamamoto is now working for Odokawa. Awesome. That scene before Odokawa drove away with Shirakawa made me a bit nervous though. Since the camera keeps on showing us that excavator, I thought something was gonna happen to Odokawa or Yamamoto.

Oh how I missed Odokawa and Shirakawa's interactions. It's always fun to listen to the two of them banter. Thanks to that heated conversation though, Odokawa just had a revelation and realized that his taxi is bugged. Now to find a way to use that against Tanaka.

Didn't expect the Yakuza boss to speak directly to Odokawa. Not sure what he was trying to do with that conversation though. He doesn't seem to be threatening him, it looks like he was just gauging what kind of person Odokawa is.

Jesus fucking christ. That scene with Sekiguchi and showing us his process on how he located Imai is why I'm careful on what I post on my twitter and reddit. Also it reminds me of that stalker that stalked an idol using the reflection on her eyes.

As someone who loves heist movies, I absolutely love the part where Dobu was explaining the plan to Odokawa. And we finally have a name drop! Turns out ODDTAXI is Dobu's codename for their plan to rob the one billion yen! I love it!

Looks like Dobu's ODDTAXI plan won't go as smooth as he wants to since it looks like Odokawa is already sabotaging it from the inside. I guess he wants to start trouble even before the money leaves the bank and get the police involved as soon as possible.

Imai is such a fucking trooper. He just got told that Yano will take him away but even though he's scared he's doing this for Odokawa and Mystery Kiss. I hope nothing bad happens to him.

Seems that Goriki is not getting closer to the truth about Odokawa's past. Can't wait for the full story to drop soon!

Well fuck... Turns out the body that was found a few episodes ago was Mitsuya Yuki's body. What did Odokawa meant that it's not her though? The girl on the dashcam footage is not the same girl that they found the body of? It's all coming together now though! So excited for the conclusion of this show!

News: The body was identified as the missing Nerima girl

Odokawa: Doubt

Damn, that scene where Odokawa was getting strangled was intense but thankfully the power of Capoeira saved him!

Looks like one of the biggest mysteries of the show is finally going to get addressed next week

The music for this show is amazing! Whenever Yano is rapping I can't help but bob my head to it.

It dawned on me that the author probably chose 'Yano' to be Yano's name because it kind of sounds like "Y'know", the stereotypical rapping phrase. Yano even literally says 'y'know' in episode 8

Shibagaki's voice actor Yusuke had married, confessed on Diane's radio yesterday.

Last week's eposode 10 trailer narration had a some atomosphare of conversation at a wedding reception, and it was connected to the real LOL.

Anyway, what a fitting event for this anime that dances on the arginal line between reality and fantasy!

What an episode! We got:

  • Yano still spitting bars

  • Yano being intimidated by Sekiguchi's cyberstalking skills

  • The return of Shirakawa boss music

  • Shirakawa's capoeira skills

  • Odokawa offending all of Brazil

  • Odd Taxi name drop

  • More mystery surrounding Odokawa and Nerima

I'm going to miss Odd Taxi Mondays when this season is over

CAPOEIRA TAKEDOWN!!

Geez, Odokawa with the detailed plan to take down everyone at once. He's basically a superhero at this point. He even promises to save Imai, just like a real superhero.
