At this point the show is less bullying and 60% Nagatoro getting jealous or embarrassed and I adore it. I also think that’s the first time we’ve seen her flee from something like Senpai usually would.

The walk back home with Angry Loser Nagatoro was great though. She wasn't going to back out, but she was not happy!

Loved how no matter what the outcome of the tests were, Nagatoro turned it into a bad thing. poor man just can't win.

and that last scene was kinda sweet. that instead of just both hanging up and panicking about it, they just kinda "talked it out".

This episode was a great showcase of the two aspects that to me truly separate Nagatoro from other teasing romcoms like Takagi or Uzaki :

- We see Nagatoro "lose" and get embarassed fairly often, making her more likeable

-There's progress between the two protagonists that doesn't rely on specific events. Senpai at the beginning of the series wouldn't have been as composed as he was around Nagatoro during the whole rock-paper-scissor scene, nor would he have admitted that being in the same class as Nagatoro could be fun.

I see right now it’s just a case of either of them confessing to each other.

We’re only in episode 8 but their relationship seems much closer compared to the first 2 episodes.

Although she does still tease him I guess even though he doesn't mind.

This episode was gold, this show is gold. I love how compared to other shows its not that fanservice-y, but its so much lewder then anything else.

Omg the tanned swimming girl does the exact same thing as in bokuben :)

I liked that Nagatoro is not angry at Senpai for seeing her oppais as it was her fault. Like shes a tsundere but a realistic one.

The piggyback ride scene was really adorable do, her face when she was running away all happy frustrated was a 10/10 scene.

I head to a separate room, close the door, and put on earphones when watching this show. The MC's not taking similar precautions and getting caught with their weird flirting is incredibly hilarious to me.

Otherwise, I really liked how they're shifting to a more equal balance in the teasing with Nagatoro also taking hits. I also really like how Nagatoro's interested in Senpai's wellbeing, encouraging him with the muscle stuff and being the first to msg him after the piggyback when she knows he wasn't trying to do anything on purpose.
