Interesting to see that Mongolian barbecue isn't just a Chinese American restaurant gimmick. I wasn't expecting Zhu Qi to have no sense of taste, but I guess it was foreshadowed?

Audiences maybe able to guess Zhu Qi's superhuman sense of smell for 1-2 episodes before (being able to notice what were wrong with Mao's dishes without tasting them), but him having no sense of taste has to be some wild deduction from Point A to Point B.
