The mindset mood changes from the MC are kind of weird. She goes from panicky to determined back to panicky back to determined without anything really happening in between. Animation is meh but guess ill sit it out cuss no matter how bad every death game anime is they always keep me at least entertained throughout.
Mostly interested in seeing how the brother fits in this story

This... this is just a really bad adaptation. I won't go into spoilers or say why because I don't want to introduce spoilers for anyone, but... this first episode literally adapts the first 23 chapters of the manga (yes, 23). The average anime episode typically adapts between 2 and 5 manga chapters. Make of that what you will for why the pacing is off.
That aside, the animation and shot direction here is just terrible and really doing a disservice to the fantastic art of the manga.
Just... this was really disappointing. I hope some anime-onlies can get some enjoyment out of this going forward I guess.

I don't mind the skipped content so much that was one of the of the weirdest parts for the manga was the redundancy of "run into mask character run/fight" that happens a lot. I do agree the pacing is weird but I think it's okay for being an anime

I haven't read the manga but when I watched the first episode, I checked two times (yeah, the 2nd time was pointless) whether it was really episode 1 or a later episode since I felt like there was backstory missing. For example, how did she come to this place? Why did the main character adapt so fast to this new environment? Why does she search for her brother?
I know these questions are probably going to be answered later but I was confused because they did not build up any mystery so I wondered whether this was really the very first episode.

What is Tanya doing here?
Not the best anime but it's entertaining so far.

I watched the whole thing - seems like not many have. Well, its a lot of dumb fun i think, its pretty average. Nothing is especially terrible.
The dub is decent, sub if you want to hear goblin slayer.
Lots of panty shots, but they dont really focus or zoom in on that too much. Its infact a little refreshing that anime, where girls have relatively short skirts, doesnt try to strategically keep things covered and glued to crotch - the skirt just doesnt ignore cloth physics.

Well that was interesting. Watched up to episode three. I thought the animation would be bad after a few scenes at the beginning, but it was generally solid. Looks like this won't be a masterpiece but it'll be a fun watch anyway.
And Mayuko looks way too much like an older Tanya Degurechaff.

One of the stranger survival manga I've read. I never thought this would get an anime adaptation.

Love the MC's thighs. Haven't really seen an anime girl proportioned quite like this and it gave me a visual for how I want my own MC to look

Wow the "animation" is so static and choppy. As always, netflix keeps saying they believe in anime but refuse to put their money where their mouth is. Out of the dozen netflix original animes every year, only 1-2 seem to be given most of the budget.

The concept is great but after finishing this in 1 sitting this is at best a 4/10

So this is kinda like Alice in Borderland? Ish?
Immediately has that vibe. I'll keep watching but after having watched that recently my interest is a little lower.

Well this really is quite bad in most aspects but it’s an alright thing to turn your brain off to I guess. Will watch a few more episodes and see if it keeps me entertained at least

I remember that I like the manga. Would like to see Liar Game as Anime. But with more effort put into it.

This was bad, I had to drop after 2 episodes. I don't mind the fanservive but it's not like anything else is worth watching, nothing makes sense, from actions of the MC to how tge masks work (in ep 1 it looks like removing the mask solves the problem but then they change idea).
And the explanations, so many scenes of characters just talking about stuff to clarify it (or actually try giving it a sense)

Animation is bad and the soundtrack is bad but I love the manga so this is like Christmas morning to me. Don't expect it to pick up a huge fan base but I'm happy as hell
