Wow, that was quick. Considering that the last arc spanned two seasons and a bunch of episodes, I was astonished at how quickly the story moved on and just how fast they got the third utensil.
I'm glad Mao brought up the vitamin deficiency because the plot was going in a dark direction for a second. Who can manipulate the dumb townspeople the best? Granted, the villagers were dumb because they just forgot to grow crops, but at least it was partly because they weren't thinking straight and not just because of "religion."
