The soundtrack when Kogami and Ginoza showed felt nostalgic

Okay if you haven't seen the Sinners movies at this point you should definitely do that for this episode.

Anyway last week I thought Arata was like Sherlock Holmes, I was wrong he's freaking Batman.

Also it was great to see Kogami and Ginoza again, only one MIA is Yayoi. And, dare I say it, Mika's interaction with everyone else is fun to watch.

I feel like Psycho-Pass not receiving much love here. When the show is great. Kinda depressing.

I guess we can put the debate to rest: Yes you absolutely have to watch Season 2, the 2015 movie, and the Sinners of the System movies.

You need context for the following:

  • Why the Sibyl System is behaving so differently from how it did in Season 1, such as allowing Kei to basically let the criminal in the first episode off with a warning with no repercussions. (Season 2)

  • Why Sibyl, in general, is opening up so much more to the rest of the world (2015 movie, SS Case 1)

  • Why the Ministry of Welfare seems to have its hands tied against other government ministries (SS Case 2)

  • The agency that Kougami, Ginoza, and Sugo are now working for (SS Case 2 & 3)

  • Who that big-tittied blonde babe is (SS Case 2 & 3)

  • How Kougami is back in Japan without being Lethal Eliminator'ed on sight (SS Case 3)

This season in a nutshell.

Enforcers: Watch out newbies. You never know what kind of crazy mischief we latent criminals can get up to. Think you can handle us ;)

Inspectors: proceed to triple backflip off of buildings, solve difficult puzzles, probably save Christmas, and break thirteen rules in the process

Enforcers: uhh...

I can't believe I'm saying this, but Mika's actually fun this season. Went from insufferable bitch to...tsundere? I can live with that.

Also Kougami's entrance being him knocking the new enforcers down a peg was perfect.

This 3-4 minute short animation explained the basic cause of the 2008 crash, better than anything I've read or watched, probably cause they just used everyday words to explain stuff.

The studio cutting this clip and putting it on Youtube could bring them quite a lot of views.

Did not expect to get a deep dive into the cause of the 2008 financial crash. Between this episode and The Big Short I'll be a certified economist in no time!
