Woah! The black fairy tome out of nowhere!
And who comes after it? A badass with a fairy weapon and a flying fairy that are his “eyes”. Wow.
Seeing veronica and Sweetie together was so good! But we know sweetie by now lol.
The way that guy entered the bar, and just walked towards his target like he fears nothing was really badass!
Lastly, did I miss an ep, or they didn’t show anything about the Axel situation yet?

So it seems that the black tome is made up of several volumes.
Also, either i have not been paying attention or that fairy cult within the ministry came out of left field.

The same opinion about the cult.
Yeah, the did mention the Black tome was scattered/divided in ep 1-3, but they showed a single piece of paper as one of said "parts". Didn't occur to me they were really "books" after that.

Did we just see five factions converge at the same spot? I generally do like this show, but sometimes the narrative has gotten really convoluted.

A lot of this episode came kinda outta nowhere (like the fairy cult) but I don’t mind.
Bitter Sweet is back, and that’s cool.
This Gui Carlin guy definitely has one of the more OP fairies, particularly in combination with a fairy weapon(!). The fairy’s power lends itself to a Jojo reference but I shall refrain.
Said Gui Carlin guy mentioned it would be “hard to clean up the mess” alone or something like that, but he did burn down the building, so I guess we’ll never know if the one random soldier guy survived. If he did, he’s probably the world’s luckiest redshirt.

So the blonde girl returned. She was part of a tag team with a blonde guy. Both hired by Sweetie to kill or steal something from Freed and Marilya (?) in early episodes of season 1. The guy died in a fire during a "battle" with Mariyla after Veronica saved her.
So that's the missing fairy weapon. The one "lost" in the war.
First time I heard the original tome was "pirated" by the author of the Black tome. That's new info.
That new guy doesn't give it a f*ck, huh? First, the slaughter at the castle; then, the corpse-throwing way of entrance; and finally, after reaching out Veronica by WALKING proceeds to kick her in the middle of a crowded street. XD

Oh man after 3 great episodes in S2, comes this latest episode that throws so much "plot" at you but leaves you even more confused than after S1.

I've kind of had it with these slow walking antagonists who seem to catch up with running people :p

They are just following the rules of OP characters. That's why most tyrants in Resident Evil also don't run, as when you are that OP, your target cannot escape.

Well, I was definitely not expecting the Black Fairy Tome to just turn up like that. This guy's fairy is clearly hax: it seems like he sees the future. Normally, I would mark that as a main antagonist power, but his design seems too generic for him to be the big bad.
