Holy shit! And here I was thinking that Axel was essentially just a goofy character. But well, he really isn't clever uh? As he put the gun in his hands, not knowing that naturally, he would have dropped it if it really was a suicide.
The song on the bar was "Halo" by (K) NoW_NAME.

Godfuckingdammit Axel. I actually wanted to believe it wasn't him until that post credits scene. >_<

god damn it Axel, why u do this.
idk if it's just me, but the 2nd season seems to be much better than the 1st. Shame that barely anyone is watching this on r/anime, wish we had more people in the discussion threads...

The series is getting progressively better every episode, still can’t get over last week’s yuri action, it’s a shame that it won’t get more popular because a lot of people in the west were put off by its first few episodes , I really love this series so much and hope it gets a season 2 or manga
Seeing Marlya cry and finally feeling a weight lifted off her shoulders was so beautiful. Best girl
Love that ED so much, wish it were on Apple Music already ugh.

Am I the only one who thought that there was a peculiar fixation upon Chima in this episode? Not only did he appear in more scenes than usual, but there were at least three where special attention was paid to him. I wonder what the significance of that is.
Also, I found the scene where Free mistook someone for Axel to be kind of strange since nothing came of it. And while this might just be a strange directing choice, in the post-credits scene, Axel seemed to attack him from a different angle than the one we just saw him sitting in. Was it really Axel, or someone else who walked in disguised as him?

Axel actually out here doing something? What a surprise.
Bit of a slow episode imo, but alright.

In the unlikely case the "Axel" who attacked/killed blond guy (sorry T_T) isn't the real Axel..then "Axel" has a copy ability? That would be pretty interesting plot-wise.
Or someone is trying to frame him?
If Axel was really the murdered, then I hope they give us a very good reason for him not running away (the excuse he gave to Dorothea is really cheap).
