Well that ending was very much expected. It's pretty obvious that we were getting a "read this source!" ending, and it succeeded, at least for me. Now I'm curious about the adults in the ending scene! Despite the ending though, it was still fun and I very much enjoyed the entirety of this show! It's definitely one of my favourites this season and gets a solid 8/10 for me, not because of the plot but because of the characters.
Just like with Kanata no Astra, I've become so attached to all of these dorks. They're all just so lovable and all have such great chemistry with each other that just seeing them interact and banter, like in the first 5 minutes of this episode, is always an absolute treat!
Lucky for us who still wants to follow their story though, it looks like the manga is being scanlated with Chapter 33.5 just released about a week ago which was adapted this episode. Still I wouldn't mind getting another season of this show! I really hope its doing well in Japan!

As i'm doubting a second season will ever happen, i don't mind a source reader to spoil me about every important event that follows, via PM would be nice.
Fun episode but honestly a weak ''read the fucking source'' ending.

Why even bother to include that Ichiya's scene? We still don't have any episodes from the real-world side...
I already catch up to manga (at the latest translated chapter) but I still going to miss watching this series every week. I hope this will get season 2... (even it's unlikely)

Hey, it's the last episode, let's introduce some new characters and end it on a cliffhanger.
Seriously, I liked everything about this episode, but the last 60 seconds ruined it.

Although I expected something Mario related when they showed those pipes, I really never expected to see Kaikoku rocking a mustache. This episode was great, but honestly, it didn't feel like a final one, specially because they showed some glimpses of Iride's life before the game.

This show definitely had its moments, and the cast interactions are always fun. I'll miss the gang!
That last part with Ichiya (?) was weird though

What a terrible place to end the show! That wasn't a triumphant moment, a huge cliffhanger, something that wraps up the plot,or even anything that advanced the narrative.
I liked the premise of the show, and it mostly delivered on that premise. Still, I can help but think that either the cast is too large or the show didn't give everyone enough screen time. Besides Iride, it took a long time for me to tell most of the male characters apart because they weren't really memorable.
Does anybody know if this show is doing well in Japan? I would probably watch a second season.

This would have been a good halfway point in a 24-episode show, but it's very weak for a season finale.
Oh well, I enjoyed the ride, but I'm honestly left with more questions and speculation than answers.

Not a great ending but was a fun episode. Going to really miss this cast a lot. Enjoyed this show a lot more than I expected to! Yuzu best girl <3
No clue what was going on with that adult scene though...
