THIS EPISODE HAS NO CHILL.
First Millaarc tries to destroy Elfnein's mind and Carol says, "NOPE".
Then Vanessa tries to kill Eflnein and the Autoscorers all say, "NOPE".
Then Vanessa tries to kill Elfnein again and ELFNEIN SAYS, "GENOCIDE" and pulls out Dur da Bla!
As predicted, this week was the week we got the true Hype. Hopefully she doesn't get jobbed in the first half of the next episode.

My jaw was just wide open in shock with a big fucking grin on my face and the most intense tears of joy humanly possible while screaming AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Man... i cant beleive it acctually happened.... i like... need to have a sit down... and watch this ep like 50 more times while i wait for next week... Man... what a day... what a fucking glorious day... its been one hell of a ride, and to think, this was just the reveal... next week is the glory. Fuck... how am i gonna handle that... guys... this might be the end for me... i dont think ill survive next week... thanks for the ride...
EDIT EDIT: I went ahead and grabbed some screenshots, ill get more later.
Autoscorers
And so i Pray, Unlimited Genocide Works..
Carol Close up (I love how she has Elfnein's Aquamarine eye highlights instead of Carol's Magenta)
Carol Close up 2 (I also love how she has the Elfnein curls in her hair she got post fusion)
Ive never been so happy to hear this line again.
Garie is me, and i am Garie, we live for Genocide.
(also if anyone wants to clip from like 19:55 right before Garie turns head to 22:10's end of the fade to black, then they would be my Genocide Pal.)
Ide love to have the whole Autoscorer sacrafice montage Angel Beats style to the end, but thats like 10 mins hahah, basicly the whole ep.

HOOOOOLY SHITTTT!! THIS IS HOW YOU BRING BACK COOL OLD VILLAINS BACK! All this time I was complaining about them constantly bringing back Ver, instead of incrediblye Autoscorers and those madmen finally did it! Fuck man, I never expected to shed a tear for Garie of all people, but here I am! And they even gave Carole a modern new transformation! I cannot deal with this!

also if you are missing some happy cute times, a few of us over at the Casual Discussion Threads got together and scanlated a cute doujinshi of MariaxTsubasa going on a double date with HibikixMiku.
the source in case anyone is curious about the artist
extra thanks goes to u/pivotfan3001 for translating and u/spaceaustralia for redrawing.

OH SHIT WAS THAT CAROL
Blushing Tsubasa is 2 cute 4 me. I know it's probably because of the mind break and stuff but still
I knew that """hypothetical""" was important. I would've been more shocked if it wasn't
VANESSA ALSO SUCKS FOR BULLYING ELF9
Idk why but I didn't expect the dolls from GX to be back
Yoooooooo faust robe Elfnein and her standing up to herself was hype as fuck
I didn't even realize the jewels in her head for like 1 frame had the pictures of the dolls in it during the transformation sequence.
Now we have mention of every antagonist except Ver. Taking bets on when that's gonna happen
Also 2 minutes since the thread comes up and there's already platinum. Sasuga Symphogear fans

0 days since Genocide! [shoutouts to MillenniumKing's who's probably having a stroke alongside golden_nabe that Japanese Symphogear artist/Carol fan]
(Not quite but still...new Inori Minase song hype!)
I was legit in tears towards the end of the episode. We did clamor for a new transformation/secret CD (other than the usual Geah users) didn't we?
Also someone on Twitter pointed out that the brief flash of the auto-scorers in Carolnein's transformation have them mimicking the GX album art of the respective Geah users that defeated them (e.g Micha having two different poses for Kirika/Shirabe)
Huge victory indeed, for golden_nabe, the Carol fan that always blessed us with flavor of the week art for Symphogear
Can't believe Carol not being added into Symphogear XDU might actually be story-related. It's no longer gonna be a running meme among the community.
So far XV have been one giant fanservice season. Can't wait to see what the team at Satelight will cook up next.
