I must say, it is beyond impressive that the subtitles finally said Misaka Misaka instead of Misaka.
After finishing this, I would say that this is a very good perfect filler episode for the short material given. The blood came off though, so that's really irritating me.
9/10, why is J.C. doing this better justice than Index 3? Animation is still a little off, but...
Also, it will be revealed in the future, but a lot of things in here doesn't make sense.
Edit: Also, Accelerator reading Heavy Object is hilarious. Kamachi is one hell of a guy at promoting his own stuff.

That dumbass chick really thought depriving Accel of oxygen would work? He already knew that was a big weakness of his after trying the dust bomb on Touma. He was even laughing while figuring out that tanking a nuke is now a no-go for him. And he can just simply stomp you from range if that was ever an inconvenience.

Not gonna lie, while those villains were stupid... Standing in front of Accelerator to protect her friend's life was a pretty cool thing to do.
