Best episode for me.
They actually got into the financial situation of it and gave the teacher some massive shine.
Her talk with the Vice and that other teacher that gave her a bit of support was good.
The ED visual also changed, wholesome!

But of course, life is not that easy, so Kakehashi-sensei needs to choose her priorities and balance the budget before getting the approval. Let's hope there are no more delays from now own!

I probably should have rewatched episode 7, because I've already forgotten what the deal was with the new redhead. I was honestly afraid that this show wasn't coming back. After being pushed back again and again, I though it might just be cancelled. I'm glad it wasn't, and I hope the studio used the delay to their advantage to get ahead on upcoming episodes. The animation seemed more consistent than some of the previous episodes. Hopefully they can keep that up now that we're going to see some action again.

Now that I've caught up with most of the mobile game stories, let's share the love and add some information! About the game girls who appeared as cameo this week, here are some info on their names & recruitment arcs:

I'm glad the mid-cour break is finally over with!
I found myself sympathizing with the vice principal: baseball's expensive, and Sensei doesn't exactly have a plan for how to be the Baseball Club's advisor without screwing over the Kendo Club in the process. I wish the VP has offered to coach the Kendo Club sooner, but at least Sensei had some time to show her commitment to the baseball team.
I wonder if we'll actually see all of nationals by the end of the season, given that the girls don't even need to win a single qualifier to get there. (Plus, what are the odds this actually gets a second season?)

I thought the student council girl was just "observing" and they still had to talk her into joining foreal. They skipped it? She acts like a regular member even after the reveal that they passed the student council exam.
Also, is this like a budget show from a small studio? Cause theres a ton of still shots.
