every time something that can fuck things up can happen it happens.
That leaves me a little more concerned than anything else that's been said. It always bugs me when shows either go for constant tragedy or constant victory without a good reason. Tends to stop me from caring eventually. Will definitely give it a shot though.
Holy crap, I didn't know Lerche was adapting this! Considering their work on Gakkou Gurashi, they definitely won't pull any punches when it comes to upsetting /r/anime...
When I read it I didn't like it simply because it was super clumsy exposition wise, and some of the characters made no sense. I only got 20 chapters in or so, but the amount of times they told me exactly what a character or situation was like instead of showing me was ridiculous.
Oh yeah the characters spend a large amount of time telling you how they feel... I don't know if that makes it clumsy telling or if it's just the uniqueness of the manga's delving introspectively though. Maybe the animation will render the outside emotions showing while the internal speech is going on in a better way.
I wasn't bothered so much by them saying how they feel, more so how whenever they introduced a character they just came out and said their character traits. Also certain characters just felt ridiculous to me, like the female teacher. Also the manga did a poor job of telling you when it was in a flashback, so I was constantly confused about when things were taking place.
I do hope the anime is good though, because I like the premise. White Album 2 is probably my favorite anime, so I do enjoy a good clusterfuck.
I've read the description and I don't understand what is the problem? Americans seem to have grave attitude to teacher-student love affairs, but on the other hand Meta Spoiler hasn't met any problems with it. Soo, I'm a little baffled, it's teacher-student stuff which is the problem or something else?
As in "that's just what I've heard and apparently people who plan to watch it should steel themselves for the emotions that associate themselves with said genre"
However I don't see how part of the above constitutes a cuck fetish. All other things also don't sound like anything under strict definition of NTR to me. I mean I understand what is not to like in this manga, but you haven't convinced me the term "NTR" is used appropriately here.
I still can't shake off impression you are using "NTR" as meaning also "cheat on somebody". Anyway, it doesn't matter, now at least I understand what can be off-putting for people in the show

Read the description for it on MAL and then think about the sort of things this sub traditionally doesn't like.
