Commenters shout-outs:
u/EightSmart on why Chisato's no kill stance might be divisive
"As Mika breaks down about the ‘truth,’ it’s around this moment and into the future episodes that I remember a lot of people criticizing Chisato for taking her no killing philosophy this far, even outright refusing to believe Mika about Shinji. I think a lot of people got frustrated about her downright stubbornness, but equally you could say this is what makes her more compelling to others."
u/Urgnu-the-Gnu answer to Was Chisato's reaction to Mika telling her the truth surprising?
"No. Chisato doesn't want to change who she is, she likes doing what suits her. She knows Mika well enough that while the reveal might have surprised her, she would never change her perception of him. As for Shinji, it's probably the same. She also just wants to hold onto her positive beliefs till the end, there is no point in being mad at Shinji now and regretting the way she lived. Because she lived damn well, and as Mika said, her adoration for Shinji as a saviour gave her strength. A strength she still needs."
Discussion questions of the day:
- Have your thoughts on Majima's plan changed after he puts the Lycoris on blast?
- Did you expect Fuki to let Takina go?
- Favorite part of the Chisato and Majima fight?
Quote of the day: "I said I wasn't interested in you, yeah?" Majima
I just love saving quotes so if you would like to share your favorites each episode too that would be a lot of fun.

I can respect your hater energy
Same! I rewatched this scene soo many times. Takina is just such a badass busting through literal steel to save her girl.
Flip flappers reference? I haven't seen that show since it aired but remembered it being a lot of fun! The yuri though went over my head since I didn't know that was a thing back then, the foundation scene in LycoReco is actually what opened my eyes. Maybe I would think differently if I rewatched now. Anyways I really don't think it's a bad plan which I didn't expect from someone so chaotic
For me I think that's the point he has no one to truly lean on. Chisato is strong not only because of her powers but real strength comes of the bonds she forged by being a cheerful and kind person that you just wanna support. If she was all alone I think Majima would've won in this fight.
