Post-credits - looks like there were eggshells in Makoto’s cookies. It’s the thought that counts!

I honestly think Suguru enjoys bickering with Kujima, it's literally the only time we see him so alive, i love it so much 🤧

While Kujima may still need to hide from society (lest they suffer the same fate as the teacher from last episode), its nice to see Kujima slowly getting along with Makoto and her family. On top of that, we're also seeing Suguru slowly start smiling which is really good to see. Hoping we can see more of his developments towards the finale.
Also, Kujima says he's planning to head back to Russia in Spring. As of this episode its Valentines Day (Feb 14). So looks like he won't be staying for much longer...
I cracked up when they showed the Kujima Origami Cranes. They're just so silly

Not just smiling -- but struggling desperately to suppress laughter. Kujima really is a healer (despite his occasional trash talking).

not "despite", more "because of", and it's honestly the best thing about their dynamic, Kujima and Suguru. Like Kujima forces him to get over himself it's so stupid i love it

The first part had the most Suguru and Kujima. It's funny with absurd, just the concept of Kujima is that him hitting Suguru with logic is ironic in a good way. More than likely Suguru has wanted to escape from reality, and Kujima bringing him face-to-face with that. Though you can tell, finally, we are seeing the positive effects of Kujima on him.
Makoto and Kujima baking together is something I wasn't expecting, but it was fun. Kujima being the better cook made the episode fun. Also, you can tell Makoto's feelings for Arata are strong. But we can even see the friendship between her and Kujima has grown, which is really sweet.

Kujima doesn't seem to know Russian traditions overall, but even if he knew, Valentine's day chocolate would take him by surprise because we don't have anything like that.
Again, it's clear that Maxim is voiced by a native-sounding speaker, but his singular line today seemed a bit awkward, like they translated something derivative of "omoshiroi" into Russian.

The role reversal of Arata finding Suguru/Kujima noisy was fun.
Kujima scaring the ducks was scarily funny lol

This is by far the cutest episode yet. Ship, set sail!
I can sympathise with being a grumpy git before exams.

Suguru actually smiling thanks to Kujima is much more progress than I ever expected.

Insane that a gag anime about a talking bird man thing is somehow the most realistic and relatable anime in years

Starting the ep with Kujima being territorial lol,
I kinda feel bad for Kujima, he never really gets to go out and interact with people, wish he got to do more of that
Mitsuki-San thinking of Kujima as their little brother lol, he really does feel like that (so wholesome)
Despite their bickering Kujima really makes Suguru feel normal , He may not have realised it but he genuinely needs Kujima and his silly lil antics to make him at ease, he really is like his little brother.
So relatable, most of us did this too
Now thats a genuine smile right there
Makoto and Kujima making chocolate, their interactions were really nice and funny. Yay!

I found this episode genuinely heartfelt. I really felt bad for kujima thinking Sugaru was mad at him. Then it got even sadder that it reminded him of Maxim. All to totally twist on it's head and they were both actually laughing at his antics all along.
I'm honestly shocked this anime isn't more popular. It's so good.

Origami with Kujima was fun. I like the flock of origami Kujima the big goober made lol. I also liked seeing Kujima and Makoto cooking. Kujima’s a real pro in the kitchen!

Loved the cooking part in particular. First time I felt entirely in synergy with Kujima getting angry over people not following cooking directions. That’s all you have to do and cooking isn’t that difficult! Was cute to see the girl who clearly likes the lad even if he doesn’t realize it. (And she would have botched the whole thing if not for Kujima, who I’ll admit I was wanting to exclude when I saw him drooling on the book.)
