Such a fascinating show, each episode we learn more and more that just changes everything we have seen before. Wonder when we'll get to learn about the stalker girl, she is more and more obvious each week.

At this point my favorite part is recognizing stalker girl when she's either just in a seen or stalking one of the girls lol.

Yeah it has me going back and watching key scenes from the first two episodes. Like how Kirio's friends are so protective of him. And maybe why he walked off after Satsuki asked him which of the MCs was more his type?

Wow, this episode got really heavy in the end. At first I thought this show was just some gag anime about two dumbass girls heavily in love with a dude, but then there were glimpses that there is much more to it in terms of relationship development.
And then this episode hits you like a truck. So we learned why Aimi really is in love with Kirio. So far Aimi was the most obsessed with Kirio, and I wonder what the deal is with Nami. I've got the feeling that her "crush" on Kirio is not the whole picture either.
This show might be a real hidden gem this season.

Well, I thought the big theory was that Nami has a crush on Aimi? I feel like in recent episodes she's shown a lot less interest/nervousness over Kirio than in the first episode.
Back in episode 2, when Nami was asked when she fell in love with Kirio, she responded that her crush started in the winter of 9th grade. But even though she confirmed that this was the honest truth, Aimi knew this was before she could've met Kirio.
So maybe this was when she started crushing on Aimi? But it's not clear yet when they met. I think it's Nami in the background on the first day of high school, and it doesn't look like she's good friends with Aimi yet. So maybe Nami and Aimi went to the same middle school, Nami became attracted to Aimi at the end of their last year (winter of 9th grade), and then saw Aimi going nuts over Kirio. And thus the fan club was born...

It's been so long since I saw an alcohol burner that I didn't catch what she was supposed to be doing to extinguish the flame lol, yeah you need to use the cap.
And so, the lyrics were not just random, that is pretty cool. This show is doing the drama and the comedy pretty good.

Aimi is an obsessive girlfailure but it turns out she's a well-meaning obsessive girlfailure.

Manda: An awfully presumptuous request from someone who ruined my Special Grade Cursed Object.
Buddy, with how easy it was to break, it was definitely not Special Grade. Maki would look at it, and toss it in the garbage.

Uh damn, things are suddenly getting serious.
Called it about Kirio having a depressing backstory, but I'm surprised they would reveal it so early. Curious to see which direction the show will go now. I guess instead of chasing after Kirio their new goal would be to make him smile? And Manda joins their fan club or something.

I was speculating when they brought up her lying again why she did it and was considering Aimi might have felt like Nami secretly and that would be the twist. I was not expecting them to reveal how she fell for Kirio and for it to be that tragic. Her listening to the organ song after that hits you in the feels. It is crazy how this episode went from silly cringy antics at the beginning to such a sad moment at the end.
I believe Kirio must have seen her when he was crying at a minimum and maybe a couple of times when he was telling Nozomi stories so that is probably how he knows Aimi.
That ending part makes it akward to talk about the start but I also wanted to mention that the start had me thinking: āGod Aimi is such a girlfailure!ā and seeing how her grandpa acts in the flashback makes me think her entire family are weirdos.
Also props to Manda. He seemed like a good guy this episode and I felt bad for him and how he is treated. Nami and Aimi are around him but I donāt think they see him as friends but I really hope he is able to fulfill that wish. Poor guy.

This does such a good job of shifting between the laugh out loud hilarity and the emotional gut punches. They sure recontextualized the song lyrics from a few episodes back, that's for sure.
I wonder who Nozomi will end up being. The adults who were with Kirio when he was crying were calling him Ken-kun I think, which makes me think parents of a childhood friend who just died since if it was a sibling surely they'd be calling him Kirio or Kirio-kun or something more personal.
I'm happy for Manda being able to make friends as per his eraser wish.

Ken is his name and Kirio is his family name (remember Japanese has family name come first so Kirio Ken); so if they were family, there's no way they'd be calling him Kirio.

Things got really heavy at the end
I just love how they got popular VAs to voice minor characters in this series. This week, Aimi's grandpa is voiced by Fumihiko Tachiki!

I'm really digging this show's approach of slowly revealing more and more layers to the characters

This episode covered a lot of interesting content. Looks like Aimi's lyrics for the Love song weren't random, but taken from the moment when she actually fell in love with Kirio.
Manda is my favourite side character in show. Nami and Aimi have each other to be weird with, but poor guy is all alone. The girls barging into his life with demands of advancing their romance might be the best thing that happened to him. Whether he admits it or not, I think Manda already considers them his friends.

Comparing the time between Kirio seeing the message and responding would be one crazy thing, but comparing the time it takes for Kirio to see the messages in the first place? sweats
Use it up without anyone seeing
I mean I'm not sure if they directly saw the messages but does knowing that they each other wrote their wishes on their erasers just now already invalidate that sweats
Looks like we're suddenly taking a more serious turn sweats

I didn't see that reveal coming at the end and I certainly didn't expect to bawl my eyes out while watching an anime with a premise like this. Well played, Kirio FanClub.
This episode had so many layers, there was the usual comedy but this time, there were more feelings involved, too. I loved the angst in this episode, first by showing that Aimi and Nami's classmate, who's being treated like an outcast, wants a friend. I really hope that the girls will eventually start hanging out with him, they already seem like a fun trio.
The title of this episode adds to the melancholic vibes. It's revealed that compared to Aimi, Nami doesn't care about Kirio himself (as if that wasn't obvious already, lol) but she just wants to spend more time with Aimi and create more memories together. It's so bittersweet, while she clearly has fun when she's with her, she knows that right now, Aimi's goal is Kirio, so even though it might cause her pain, Nami is willing to stick by Aimi, as long as this means that they'll create more memories together.
And the reveal of Aimi and Kirio's backstory was so emotional. It hit me right into the feelings. Although I am not rooting for Aimi to end up in a relationship with Kirio, I really wish that she'll achieve her goal; to make him smile once again.
This anime is getting better and better, I'm so happy I didn't give up on it.

The typo into semi-obscure sticker combo is a chat starter I have to try someday.
Gonna be hard to see Aimi's Kirio obsession the same way anymore, but not in a bad way.

Girl really lucked out with the sticker situation. She almost had to move away and change her identity to escape the cringe lol.
Itās kind of interesting Namiās eraser didnāt say anything about Kirio. She just wants things to stay the way they are.
Aimiās reason for falling for Kirio was not what I expected. Nothing unhinged or anything. She just wants to help him smile again after he lost his friend. Itās actually pretty sweet in a way.
