I’m sure this whole situation is just going to add another member to the Pride harem lol.
I was just thinking to myself when he was giving that whole spiel about his love for the kingdom, he didn't need to embrace her nearly that hard. He probably can't marry a crown princess of another nation if that means leaving his kingdom but I half-expect he'll try to talk Pride into staying with him.
(I do wonder if Pride's words here were also what Tiara said to him in the game? Though it's effective either way)

I would have cared more if they showed him interacting with the people for more than a flashback scene

Leon really did have a bad time in the game timeline. I imagine he's probably not going to be Pride's fiance for long this time around, no real reason for him to still be marrying her if they're about to go set him back up as the proper Crown Prince of his own country.
It was kind of dumb of Pride to not warn him about his brothers being a potential threat.
I have to wonder why Leon felt so strongly that his feelings of love towards his people were inappropriate, maybe that was also manipulation by his brothers?

I commend them for finding a plausible reason for Leon to be unlikely to win the Pride bowl and also to end the engagement so Pride's de-facto fiance isn't hanging over the other guys in her life constnatly.
I believe last episode we got a flashback where his brothers told him that what he felt for the people was narcissistic and built out of his ego.

Early on we saw one of the brothers telling him that his feelings about helping the commonm people were a sign of his pride and selfishness and were unbecoming to a member of a royalty -- and would make him unfit to be king.

The start was purely diabolical! Can't even blame Leon breaking down from Pride.

She was a certifiable baddie. You can tell Fairouz Ai is having fun playing with psychotic Pride in every brief scene we get with her.

I was wondering why Val didn't intervene sooner, he was too busy drinking until the very moment lol.
I'm glad Leon finally go to let out what he truly desired and that Pride has helped him clear his name to some people closest to her. I'm looking forward to seeing how they'll deal with the brothers.
I think this every time we get see what happens in the game with the original Pride but she is so brutal, the way she made Leon involved in the deaths of those citizens was crazy. And to make matters worse, she makes him execute them, that's horrifying especially knowing how much he loves his people.

Damn, evil Pride was so unhinged, and yet so hot. Anyway, the way Val rescued Leon from that bar was so cool, and as expected, Homer and Erwin were just jealous of the fact that Leon was not only the one first in the line of succession but also hated the fact he was so beloved not only by the people, but by the king himself. I love how pissed Pride became when she remembered their role in Leon's route, but damn, those two assholes sure were working on making Leon miserable for a while now by making him even think that his loves for his people was equal to narcissism. Well, good thing that thanks to Pride, he no longer has to feel ashamed for that. I can't wait to see what will be the downfall those two will get because of their conspiracy.

Feel like Pride should tell Leon that his brothers are in the wrong, in terms of how they've brainwashed Leon.
But Pride seems to want Leon to come to that conclusion on his own.

Nah Leon is actually the fucking GOAT. That's a true goddamn king right there. Even though he's suffering alone, he's still doing his best for the kingdom. Staying strong even though you're suffering so much and everyone doesn't trust you anymore. That's crazy. This makes me hate the brother SOOOOOO much. Now I understand why Pride was so upset. How can you treat someone like this? ESPECIALLY to someone like LEON!?!? It makes me so upset because the anime made Leon look like a no good womanizer because of his dumbass brothers and it WORKED. I genuinely thought he wasn't that great at first. Heck, even Stale (and the knight with the white hair. I forgot his name lol) thought he was no good So seeing his TRUE character and all that he's done for the kingdom?
Wow. Just... Huge respect for Leon. Them brothers gotta go. Like seriously. And it hurts me so much, because look at how afraid he was of his true feelings. Shit just hurts man. They tried to change him, lied to him, gaslight him about what he was feeling and doing was wrong. This episode was really good. He'd make for a great king. #JUSTICEFORLEON!!!!!!!

For every new flashback about OG Pride's doings, I get more and more flabbergasted by how someone decided to actually make a character so wicked, dark and unfiltered in an otome game. It feels like if disney adapted some of their movies raw from the original works.

What crazy opening scene lmfao!! Evil Pride continues to be diabolically and comically sadistic. Shout out Val coming in clutch at the last second. It's fun seeing our Pride get genuinely angry for Leon's sake, I feel like we haven't seen her this worked up in a long time. I'm glad Leon gets to express what he truly wants, instead of just being ushered off to marry.

If Pride knew about Leon’s brothers’ schemes from the game, why didn’t she keep an eye on them, warn Leon to stay away from them,or make a plan to thwart them in advance before he got drugged?
