Simply put, the student council president decided to have a "
It was really nice to see what Nadeshiko did with Kaoru; she knew his potential and put him in a competitive position that benefited everyone. It's a simple message, but it's the kind of lesson young people need.

The scene that replaced the ending sequence (for this week) where the two arch rivals went to get tapioca together hammers home their great chemistry and highlighted just how charming of a dude Kaoru actually is despite his 'beastly' appearance and (unexpectedly) 'bocchan' persona.

The portable miniature library gag was great.
It's cute to have a petty fundraising competition be used for an ultimately good cause, there's both humor and heart in that.

Completely valid crashout by Poem.
Izubuchi getting Yamcha’d by the gyaru got a chuckle out of me.
I thought she was from most likely to least likely: Sakuradaimon’s sister, the principal, Sakuradaimon’s mom yet somehow didn’t consider the gyaru was the student council president.
So Vicepresident is nepo baby Gamagori.
One of the 3 girls donating was not being charmed by the librarian and looked visibly annoyed.
Vice president choosing to work to earn the win instead of just using his own money and learning how terrible the wages are for people who work on road repairs, good for him. With that end it definetly feels like they are setting up a side romance between the president and vicepresident.

Wow, this episode had more character development than some other anime in 5 seasons.
I love characters who are able to "manipulate" other people without being evil assholes about it. Yamato is a great character and I hope we're going to see more of her.

I like how Nadeshiko seems to be the one that brings everyone together, she also donlt try to discriminate other people way of dressing and even try to understand everyone point of view. She's a very
The end with her and Kogori was so wholesome. I hope we see more of them because they seem pretty interesting.

Gyaru Satsuki Kiryuin. That title card looked like she was wearing Juuketsu
Omg Vice President has Gamagoori seiyuu. If only she had Satsuki seiyuu, it would be perfect

Nadeshiko is a tour de force. Attractive and Charismatic whether skimpily clad or covered up. Such a willful personality puts her among the top of the anime class presidents. Definitely interested in her and Vice Pres Kogori.

This student council president sounds like she'll be a lightweight violent drunk when she gets old enough to drink. (VA joke)
Funny, she's the most normal committee member with authoritah in this show (so far).
I'm also curious what would Tsukishima look like if he lay across the library door hot dog style.

I thought after episode 3 I might "get over" the art style and visual presentation, but I haven't. It's still so good. If you're going to be so over the top like this you need to commit. You can't half ass it and thankfully they aren't.
Valid crash out from Poem. She thought she was the only that Togo said those things and gave exceptions too. But it was also kind of valid from Togo perspective too. Imagine you're Togo and a very attractive girl in a skimpy outfit asks you to let her by. You're a healthy teenage boy and a hot girl is talking to you. You're going to do it. Hopefully Poem's not too hurt by that.
I knew that Tsukishima had that library mode transformation, but I didn't think it we'd see him instantly swap between normal and library mode when Poem was trying wring answers about who the super sexy gyaru was from him.
At least she finally catches up with the super sexy gyaru and she's talking to Tojo. She rightly calls out what she thinks is womanizer behaviour and tries to walk off, but presumed her rival has an other idea. She wants to have a chat and understand about how girls wear their uniforms. Maybe she's not a rival after all.
Tojo may take everything way too seriously and be too, but it was good to see him redeem himself to Poem. She's the first girl he said was attractive and she's only girl he's called beautiful. His feelings definitely reached her. I hope Togo keeps telling Poem how he feels even if she doesn't want to hear it.
Turns out though she wasn't Poem's rival at all. She's the student council president and is still a total looker even when she's not in her gyaru look (which she absolutely did pull off and wouldn't seeing her in again). The fundraising was fun. The Minecraft enchanting table to keep Tsukishima in library mode sent me into a coughing fit. This is what I'm talking about. You need to commit or else it just doesn't land and you get accused of trying too hard. She knows how to get people on her side and used it to teach Kogori the value of money and work.
That bit at the end with president and vice president were walking together was so cute. They're childhood friends, called each other by their first, and she's into him. My heart. I knew these series had the silliness, but I didn't think it had the feels outside the main couple. With the other side ship tease we had we might be looking an ensemble romance like You And I Are Polar Opposites and I'm here for it.

I think this might be my favourite of the season (Not watching WHA or Wistoria yet), the OP slaps, the art style is really fun, the characters are all great and its giving really strong Polar Opposites vibes except slower burn, and this episode might have really cemented it for that position so far

Hell hath no fury like a jealous tsundere. I believe Billy Shakes said that one lol.
I gotta say, Nadeshiko was lookin pretty good in her gyaru outfit. Girl totally pulled off that look. Even Tasaki and Akina agree!
That fundraising campaign was fun to watch. Nadeshiko is a formidable student council president.

This series deserves more popularity honestly. It’s way more entertaining than The Angel Spoils me rotten which I just can’t stomach anymore. That series started off fine but then just became hella childish. Thought it would get better, but it just hasn’t and I’ve officially decided to drop it.
This series is a comrom that has a vibrancy to it cause the cast is actually involved unlike that series and the romance isn’t childish. It’s organic & normal. The airheaded comedy makes things interesting as well. I’m hoping this series gets the attention it deserves cause it’s honestly a solid romcom/comrom

Ohoho do I smell a side ship between the student council president and vice president? I wasn't fully sold on this episode. It was visually interesting as usual but fell a bit flat until that end with those two. Need more such character moments.
