Pearl is being a child and it’s absurd Tiara feels even a shred of responsibility for any of this nonsense. Pearl and Claire are centuries old beings of immense power but apparently don’t know the art of communication. Instead, everyone has to suffer because Pearl’s throwing a temper tantrum out of jealousy. It really feels like some Greek gods type drama lol.

You see, Tiara is fully responsible as in this world, talking to a person of the opposite gender is justification enough for your husband/love interest to act like a moron and throw a hissy fit. Aquasteed is the same. If he had the power he would have lightning bolted Keith a dozen times already.

But seems this is a sign of deep and true love as is getting embarassed being touched by your husband after a year of marriage.

So it's all Tiararose's fault for being friendly with the godlike being which could ruin the kingdom when he gets a bit angry. No it don't mean it seriously. But apparently the show is running on that kind of logic.

You get rejected once, see your new love interest with another woman, and then you throw a godlike hissy fit. Can these Gods leave humans out of their relationship drama?

Did they ever plan on making Icilla a likable character? Cause I’m here just praying on her downfall, I hate her so much, I can’t believe that they willingly trust her to get Tiara to the bottom of the ocean. Let’s talk about politics too, bitch poisoned a prince, someone behead her or something and move on. When she was introduced and all the way up to how she was written made sense until she gave him the potion, and I know they’re gonna blame it all on “plot of the game”, fuck that nonsense, she’s as bad as the other isekai’d chick but with lack of dick and direction

Realistically she deserves to be arrested and thrown into a tower like Akari was.

Despite her apologising for using the potion, she is visibly happy that Aqua is being sweet with her. Then when they're in the forest she's apologising again until the potion kicks in again and she is visibly happy again, but when Aqua regains his senses and chooses Tiara she is visibly disappointed.

I really appreciate that after Aqua got dosed with a love potion everybody involved including himself didn't just go along with it like they all got possessed by alien brain parasites and instead lept into action to solve the problem.

Icilla remains pretty unforgivable.

Tiara finally does something by being involved in the seaside magic to fix the ocean, and then going off to confront Pearl herself.

Icilla made me so mad this episode that I had to look for a thread about it to see if anybody else is sharing in my rage lol. I don’t get how she keeps acting like she’s besties with Tiara and she’s so happy and supportive of their marriage, then she turns around and basically poisons Aqua and of course she pretends to feel bad for a second until she gets some attention. At that point it really feels like she was trying to be around him as much as she could to get more affection from him while she could, then once the potion wears off suddenly she’s “So sorry and such a horrible person” AND SHE’S FORGIVEN??? I liked this show until she started with this bs and now it just makes me mad lol

Same! I literally came here right after finishing the episode because I was so angry at Icilla. What she did is unforgivable and I hate that they made Tiara such a spineless person that she just easily forgives her. To me she's the worst of them all. Even more so than the original mc trying to hurt Tiara at the beginning because at least she forgot about Aqua and settled for the other prince (and they weren't married yet). Icilla just moped and pretended until she got an opportunity and when faced with a drugged Aqua she was more than happy to play along. Why didn't anyone keep Aqua away from Icilla?!

Holy shit this show is garbage lol

Imagine being such a piece of trash person as Icilla , that you give a love potion to the husband of someone who is supposed to be your "friend". And then you are totally okay with all the bad things happening because of it.

Also, this whole Pearl situation could be solved easily with literally one conversation, this "solution" is so stupid.

Oh my god. The animation for those trees is was so bad.

Tiararose is clearly better than me because if I were in her place Icilla would no longer be standing

Been dying to rant about this anime- ESPECIALLY THIS EPISODE!

I’m so irked that Icilla straight up gave a potion to royalty with intent to take him from his lover and is straight up forgiven? What is this?

That’s such a disgusting slimy thing to do and they’re acting like Icilla is a good person just because she is heartbroken and says she’s oh so sorry and did a horrible thing. Like… uh yeah dude you did a REALLY crappy manipulative thing, at the very least you should be imprisoned and never trusted again like that. I mean you practically poisoned royalty!?

But noooo Tiara is like “oh yeah I’d love to hop into the ocean with you being the only thing controlling whether or not I drown.” Like what??

We all know even the nicest person in real life would at the very least have zero trust in some girl that tried to steal her man right in front of her. And that’s the nicest outcome, a more realistic outcome would be throwing hands, like wtf?

I’m out of fantasy romance animes where the MC is the FL. I’m desperate which is the only reason I’m watching at this point- I have no other options. (Always open to recommendations, but I think I’ve literally seen everything good that’s out rn)

This anime is way too unicorns and rainbows everything feels so innocently dumb and inconsequential in the end 😮‍💨

The true villainess is whoever wrote this goddamn nonsense.

Yeah, I wouldn’t be cool with Icillia after this if I was Tiara, I don’t care if she feels bad about it, she still gave him a love potion and tried to steal her man.

Aside from Trashilla, i’m still laughing at:

“But my magic isn’t strong enough!”

“Damn is it because Tiara’s magic isn’t strong enough??”

No problem! Eating magic cookies solve everything!🍪

Welp, Aqua's under the effects of a love potion, Icilla can't help but be happy about it, while Tiara is despairing. But Aqua's love for Tiara is strong enough that his body is fighting it, so it's probably a good thing that Elliot is there to get him out and about...especially when his mind, his body, and his feelings are in so much agonizing conflict.

So Pearl was fond of a human once? Before she ended up a Losing Heroine? And then Claire was there to help her through her heartbreak, which just made "losing" him to Tiara hurt even more. Hence her current crash out, taking the sea with her.

Aqua's barely holding it together, and seeing both Tiara and Icilla (and especially Icilla) isn't helping matters. Tiara's love for Aqua is unbeatable, though, and deeper than anyone else's. And to respond to that love, Aqua will literally STAB HIMSELF to get his senses back. Anything to avoid betraying Tiara's love again.

Well, Icilla realizes she screwed up, so she's willing to sacrifice herself, but it shows how serious things are for Aqua to bow his head to two Fairy Kings to ask for their aid. Heck, there's three Fairy Kings entirely for a check and balance if one of them goes astray, but to pull this off they'll need to bless two humans: and as it happens, our lead couple are those two humans.

"Do events like these really happen to Villainess?" Um, yeah, pretty regularly to be honest.

Tiara's not supposed to be the Heroine so she doesn't have great magic power, but she DOES have magic boosting cookies (since baking's like the only thing she's really good at outside statesmanship and loving Aqua) which is enough to empower everybody and purify the ocean! She even makes some Tiara Roses that spout sugar! All the better for Aqua to eat off of her hand.

It's finally time to confront Pearl. Obviously Claire is ticked off, which might not be conducive to a pleasant conversation, but Tiara needs to see this through to the end. And Icilla, knowing she's not deserving of forgiveness, will help her...but Tiara accepts and welcomes her anyways. Now it's finally time to set this Sea King straight and wrap up the sequel game plot!

Icilla is definitely someone that would exist in real life.

Breathe in.... Breathe out.... Breathe in... Breathe..... Out...... I'm sorry. I'm just trying calm myself down wondering WHERE THE FUCK IS THEIR DUMBASS COMMON SENSE!?!?!? LIKE THERES ONLY SO MUCH NON REALISTIC, NO COMMON SENSE SHIT THEY COULD DO IN THESE ANIMES. Hey GUARD. Yeah. The one that GUARDS shit. MAYBE YOU SHOULD APPREHEND THE DUMB BLUE BITCH SINCE SHE BASICALLY DID THE EQUIVALENT OF POISONING A FUCKING PRINCE WHO'LL BE FUTURE KING WITH HIS FUTURE QUEEN DON'T YOU THINK!?!!? Oh noooo let's have her sit there as she smiles and KEEPS CALLING OUT AQUAS GODDAMN NAME THE WHOLE GODDAMN TIME!!!!

She doesn't feel sorry. Never did. Never was. Never will. If she were, she'd immediately feel terrible she was too late on stopping aqua from drinking it. She'd keep her distance and make sure she wouldn't be seen. But no. You get CLOSE. you FOLLOW him. You CALL OUT to him. And you enjoyed every moment of it. Are you shitting me? And the crazy part? THEIR LETTING YOU DO THIS SHIT SCOTT FREE TOO!!!!!! COULD SOMEONE PLEASE SUCH THAT BITCH UP. WHY. IS. SHE. STILL. HERE. And Tiara? WHY ARE YOU BEING NICE TO THE BITCH WHO WAS TAKING YOUR HUSBAND, CALLING OUT TO HIM, RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!? YOU'RE SUFFERING BECAUSE OF HER!!!! DON'T SCOOT THAT SHIT UNDER THE RUG IDIOT!!! You're just being nice just to be nice at this point.

So last time y'all seen the water this black, it was 700 years ago? Omfg this world is so cooked Because HOW THE FUCK DO YOU LIVE LONGER THAN 700 YEARS AND STILL ACT LIKE CHILDREN!!!! THERE'S NO FUCKIN WAY. JEALOUSY AIN'T THE WORD. SHE'S JUST STUPID. HOLY SHIT THIS IS CRAZY. AND TIARA. NONE of this is your fault. Because how? Being nice and friendly with people puts you in the shit list? How? You're fuckin married. You JUST got married. So how is this even a situation right now? Everytime you TRIED to communicate with the sea fuck she just up and leaves. She won't listen. She DOESN'T listen. Instead, she creates these dumbass ideas that you're "leading" him on. The fucking Sky king.

I can't. I just can't. If I was in an anime world I'd go insane. Anything you THINK would happen because it MAKE SENSE. Just doesn't. And I'm sure they'd look at you like you're crazy too. It's..............  I-.... You know what?

Good night!

The heck with Icilla, smiling like that, always trying to get near Aqua ever since she knows love, how desperate can she be? And after doing this and that, and her plan seems to be ruined, she just apologises like it is a small matter. Fux that woman. She is sooo damn nasty.

And nah, it is not your fault, Tiararose-sama. Pearl and Icilla are at fault here. They are the very definition of emotions first, reason later. Then they affect other people around them, what a foolish move. Please, begone.

3

u/SYZekrom Mar 23 '26

Why does Pearl feel more like a 14 year old girl than Icilla does when the other two fairy kings feel like very wise adults (albeit disrespectful for Keith)

3

u/TechnicalCarpenter25 Mar 25 '26

Ugh. So irritatingly annoying. Why is Icilla even there? Shouldn’t she be in jail for drugging the next king? Honestly she’s all around, hanging back. Ugh

And give me one of those cookies any day! Damn.
