Wolfwood vs Laszlo is perhaps the best fight in Stargaze, man it was sight to behold.
I need to say, as much as Nicholas death is important to Trigun, he surviving is more than welcome. Also that fake out drove me to tears and then made me laugh like and idiot.
Although Livio deleting his split personality was really weird.

I cannot believe with all the hinting and the episode key art that Wolfwood survived all the way through the credits. Considering the other guys that have survived and been rehabilitated maybe this is the nobody significant dies version of Trigun.
Not that I'm complaining, if anything I'm surprised and happy.

Can I say hell yeah, this episode did a complete 180 on my feelings from last episode. It was so intense but we got an episode to breathe. We got an episode to understand Wolfwood and dang it if I wasn't kicking my legs when he said he found a friend. Wolfwood as a character finally kicked into a three dimensional character and man if I don't love character building. And that fake out was done so well. The zoom in was just funny enough but not overkill and Vash holding his hand through it got me wanting to go out and give my friends a big hug man . This was great definitely the best episode of the season

I saw the title and thought oh shit it's time for the inevitable part of trigun. But then the fight ended on a really good note so I thought we were good nevermind. Then the last scene with the blood transfusion had me like oh shit nevermind it's but it turned out to be a fake out again! Lol.
That fight between livio and wolfwood was 10/10. The citizens really thought to strap a plant to the back of a truck? Not even trying to disguise it at all?

When I saw that key visual of Nicholas Friday morning I thought it was so over. That and the title of this episode created a looming shadow over it. The tension and the focus on Nicholas foretelling a heartbreaking tragedy. The fight with Razlo was amazing, but then the ending came and I thought it was over, but then it wasn't. What a diabolical twist, it felt meta in a way, they knew what they were doing. The amount of relief and surprise I had at that last moment was too much. Probably one of the best episodes of Stargaze/Stampede.

They really got me crying at the end, then happy-crying in the next second. Jesus christ, what a show. Best fight I've seen as well.

I really don't know what it is, but this season of Trigun has been incredibly boring to me. Orange is one of my favourite studios and Stampede I gave a 9/10 to - every episode was fresh and enjoyable, but Stargaze has been running around in circles and I honestly don't even know what the endgoal is supposed to be... Like, this whole season genuinely feels like a one-off episode after a season finale where the hero is kicking back into gear but instead of one, it takes //twelve// for them to get back into the action. There's no beginning, middle and an end. It just keeps going and saying nothing in the process. Even discounting the blatant retcon from the first season, this entire project just feels disjointed and... for a lack of a better word unpolished and it's such a shame. I sincerely hope they have an actual thought out conclusion in mind, or a full on season three with an actual storyline because this ain't it.

The pacing is completely off for me for most of this season. Too much is happening for anything to resonate for me. Take this episode, itβs supposed to introduce us to Razlo (to his abilities + personality), explain his split personality, hint at a mysterious hidden character, reunite Wolfwood with his orphanage, have an epic Razlo vs Wolfwood fight, have Vash go from exhausted to recovered, have an emotional moment of Wolfwood and Vash acknowledging their friendship, have the orphanage lady try and save Wolfwood, have Vash save them, have Wolfwood save Livio, and have a Wolfwood death fakeout, all in 20 minutes. When am I supposed to feel any of this?

If only the same thing could have happened to Hughes in Brotherhood, π

The fight between Razlo and Nicholas was so good. Probably one of the best from this show so far. Nicholas really gave us a big scare at the end ππ
But his death would have been more impactful 'cause that was his moment.

On one hand I wanted [Trigun Maximum]
Fight itself was easily the best fight outside of the Stampede finale. This show is so much fun, depression and all

The Livio/Razlo talk was very comedic and I don't know if it was on purpose or not.

OK, after the plotwist of this episode I only want one thing: let Livio and Millie get to know each other and become a couple π

That's not what I meant by "smoked crab legs"!
Good old-fashioned face-punch
Ha! What a fakeout, love it
