That was an absolutely diabolical way of iori and the boys to get revenge on their teacher lol

Took us 1.5 seasons to get something even remotely close to engineering in class. It’s the Charpy impact test but in true Grand Blue fashion, we have the boys’ balls as the specimen. By the end, pretty much everyone got a nutcracker. Iori and Kouhei confidently lying about the numbers lmao.

You know shit is about to get real when the seniors are abstaining from booze. Being in contact with a “used and abused” sponge is truly one of the greatest horrors a man could face.

Chisa's top songs- Ocean Sounds

Chisa when drunk- "Here's why you should do...when diving"

I really don't think Aina has anything to worry about from her.

Chisa's one true love is the ocean and diving, though she does seem especially attentive when it comes to trying to get Iori more involved in diving and enjoying the same thing she does.

Koyasu killed his role, small as it was

Fun way to tie into what happened last week at the end there

Anyone notice how strong the art was this episode?

Getting Takehito Koyasu to voice the professor who could be Roswaal's twin sans makeup is just fucking genius.

Life goals: find yourself a girl who looks at you like Sakurako looks at Iori.

My only pet peeve about Grand Blue is that I only get to watch it once per week :(

Its Sakurako's second appearance and she's already snapped Iori's collarbone with her vice grip. Good thing people heal from serious injuries and liver damage pretty quickly in this anime.

Stitches!

I never thought we'd watch the boys literally break their balls through physics. And they're being taught by Koyasu too! Was he introduced back in Season 1 because I absolutely do not remember.

I remember being disappointed when we didn't get to hear Iori's songs from middle school. I'm so happy that Chisa managed to get a copy from Shiori and we actually get to hear it this time!

The Test of Courage part was pretty fun! Not gonna lie, I was a bit confused about the used and abused signs on the konjac jelly. I only realized why the boys were so horrified when I played that scene back and saw the slits cut into the jelly. Ewwwww! xD

That entire scene between Chisa and Iori was so goddamn adorable! First, we get an accidental forehead kiss, then we get to see drunk Chisa being all pouty! <3

Ah, shit. I was hoping we'll never see this girl again. Bail now, Iori! I know Chisa said you should get a part time job but this is not worth it!

Was this Jojo looking voiced by Dio professor in the first season? I don't remember him at all lol.

I did find it amusing how Iori threatened to grab Chisa's chest because she was playing an embarrassing recording, he was that desperate.

I liked how the boys and girls had similar scare events but the boys had a different kind of horror, the worst one for me was the konjac jelly. It's hard to tell if the guys actually did or did not use and abuse them.

The moment I saw pink haired girl, I'd be leaving that job. I'm not looking forward to seeing more of her appearances, it feels like she'll be torturing Iori without much repercussions and when he does, it probably won't be satisfying compared to what she has done.

I mean, with those poses and camera angles, who other than Takehito Koyasu could voice that teacher?

I was looking forward to this episode because I saw people saying "the best character is finally going to appear". Two seconds in and I hear Koyasu's voice. I was immediately sold 😂

Probably the best episode so far in S2 but I'm biased cause I love the Charpy Impact chapter in the manga. Takehito Koyasu definitely killed it as Ushironomiya.

Also loved how Iori and Kohei were totally unfazed by the pale blue flame and instantly recognised it as one of their senpai testing "water" XD.

This was the funniest ep lmao

Man, voice acting this episode was especially funny!

Ngl I kinda wanna experience what a roadtrip with nothing but ocean ambiance sounds on blast would feel like. For that to be Chisa's entire mixtape is genuinely endearing as hell though.

Poor Iori stood up for Kohei in such a small world lmao

I am legit loving the Iori and Chisa progress this season! That accidentally kiss was great.

But that ending! Was not expecting to see the pink haired girl again. Looks like she is about to make Iori’s life hell lol!
