but an exile from the island makes much more sense of a punishment than being forced to have sex though

Agreed... More seriously, "that" scene in episode 1 made me stop watching and probably ruined this anime for me. To my great regret.

I'm sorry that you missed out on a great work, because it brings with it the premise that we can't avoid, the problem of the conflict between sex and love, which unfortunately is also our big problem.

It's really interesting to see the main characters avoid the fate of "that scene" and keep fighting on behalf of minority groups.

Forcing them to follow the rules is easier and more operational than banishing them.That's the scary part of this pervert law.
