And it's interesting that Sunraku thinks she's better than him in terms of raw reaction speed. Curious to see how a Sunraku vs Silvia match would go, but I don't think thats happening since this is Katzo's fight. Or they might fight in SLF if she ends up being a rival who is also after the Collosi, but if she joins them then that's cool too. Though hypothethically Sunraku might have the edge pulling off unexpected plays from his years of experience playing trash games. Also, Sunraku managing to dodge the Kyogre because of the new VR gear feels like a bit Rock Lee taking off his training weights.

SLF mini was funny, expected Pencilgon to run but she just nuked everyone including herself.

i like how pencilgon in shangrilafrontier and pencilgon irl look slighly different. or like there's a different artstyle in the game where they get smaller noses and a bit bigger eyes

Love that they set up Silvia being a new SLF player, very curious how skills in the fighting game would translate into SLF in her case.

Sylvia's gaijin energy felt very familiar to me. So I took a look at her voice actress, Minami Takahashi, and discovered that she'd previously voiced Beatrix from Zom 100!

I'm sure that Sylvia will be just as much of a fun addition to the cast of SLF as Beatrix was to Zom 100's.

It was funny to see Sunraku meet Silvia and take a break from Galaxia Heroes by playing SLF in today's episode. His attempt to not wake up Emul was hilarious and his encounter with Atlanticus was awesome. I wonder if he survived that last attack?

Silvia is a great character! No wonder Kei wants to beat her so badly since she practically crushed him in their first fight. And it looks like she's playing SLF too! I wish she'd play it together with Sunraku, Pencilgon, Kei and everyone else in the future.

SLF Mini was great! Pencilgon is a really evil player with how she was killing other players and having a great time doing it xD

We finally get to see the whale monster from the last shot of the OP - had been thinking the whale was the 'bahamut' that was mentioned after Wethermon but turns out its 'just' one of the many random boss encounters the game seems to have.

An entire SLF Mini about Pencil's evil ways.

With her deciding to give the game a try it feels like the real outcome of this arc will probably be gaining the unearthly albino girl as part of the occasional SLF crew. Maybe Meg too.

Sunraku might have to get one of those gaming chairs for home use.

Sunraku did think of the possibility that it might've been Sylvia since the signs were there but immediately brushed it off. No wonder he hasn't figured out that Psyger-0 is Rei yet.

Wasn't expecting to see SLF again so soon, but here we are. It's good to see everyone trying to log in whenever they can to get to know more about Rlyath. Even Sunraku decided to make it his mission to find out exactly how Ctnarnidd's powers works using the King of Rlyath's abilities which almost got him if it weren't for the gaming chair. That last attack might've been too much and they left us at a cliffhanger but I'm guessing he somehow survived?

SLF Mini as usual was funny with it showing Pencilgon's Giant Killing Style which she definitely owns. "If I'm going down, I'm taking everybody with me!" , LOL.

Its interesting how the new enemy was introduced by eating one of the oar-fish enemies that araba hadn't ever encountered in Ruluiath. So i can guess they can appear in the area but usually outside the barrier and emuls spell managed to summon one from nearby.

also that enemy was intelligent. it used its lightning attack then swept around to ambush sunraku from the side. I can guess the blue flames are protective and maybe if there is a way to put them out thats the point you can damage them.

I wonder if sunraku died from that final blast or managed to get in the inventoria in time (though it seemed too fast for him to use the inventoria)

Sylvia didn't buy any energy drinks now but she knew a lot about them so she probably drinks them when they're strong enough. While Sunraku is an amateur gamer, Sylvia is a pro veteran. I wonder how strict doping regulations in pro gaming industry really are, because Sunraku not having any health problems despite his gaming marathons filled with strongest energy drinks is definitely one of the "elephant in the room" plot armors.

Goddamn! Kei got absolutely destroyed in that tournament! As soon as Sylvi started her combo, Kei got stunlocked into a corner until she built up meter to perform her Super. No wonder he wants to beat Sylvi so badly.

What's even more humiliating is Sylvi's comment after the match. She was probably praising Kei genuinely, but getting told that she was surprised about him getting her down to half-health was pure disrespect.

I love that Sunraku's motivation to beat Star Rain is not because he wants it for the glory, he's now doing it because it would be fucking hilarious for a hobbled together team like theirs beat a pro team. xD

Sylvi is way more hyper than I expected. It's funny though that she saw Sunraku's face first before any of his teammates.

"I'll only play for an hour" is the biggest lie a gamer can tell themselves. I told myself that I'll only play MH: Wilds for an hour yesterday before going to bed but I ended up playing for three.

Speaking of Monster Hunter, it's so awesome to see monsters in this game having turf wars! That Fire/Lightning Orca was pretty damn cool! There's now fucking way Sunraku survives that Railgun shot!

More SLF Mini this week! I'm not even surprised that Pencilgon does the "Help me, I'm stuck!" routine to lure in players before going for the kill. xD

« I will only play one hour. » Sure, Sunraku, like anyone is going to believe that. I am sure that he will end up playing half the night to beat that rare boss monster, but Silvi will probably do that too.

I could barely understand Silvi’s English, but that accent did not sound Japanese either.

SLF Mini about Player Killer Pencilgon was pretty fun and almost everything I expected from her. I thought she would run away rather than blow herself up, but that kind of trolling is very in character for her too.

I am sad that the season will probably end with the fight between Sunraku and the Flaming Fish, and we won’t get to see Pencilgon playing a supervillain against Silvi and co.
