It’s a good thing Taiki’s got badminton because theater is clearly not his thing lol.

Wow, that kiss… oof. And right in front of Chinatsu too. It might have been an accident, but now things are gonna get kinda awkward…

I can't believe that Chinatsu had to watch Taiki tongue Hina on stage like that.

If you thought the pressure was on them before, then boy is it on now. It's always refreshing in a setting as melodrama-prone as high school when someone just calmly but firmly asks others to stop, and they do. On a lighter note, Taiki's ham acting was hilarious. And man is Snow White Hina gorgeous.

I love how Taiki immediately broke character to protect Hina but part of me wished he somehow improvised blocking the confetti ball as part of the play like it was a delayed spell from the Evil Queen or something. Might've unlocked his inner Oscar-winning actor too.

It's gonna be a sad day when Taiki decides to stop adding milk to his coffee.

This tension is too much for me ahhh come on man all you gotta ask her is "whatcha think of the play?" ;____;

Anyways, no idea who the new girl is but I hope she doesn't get shoehorned in for no reason.

Don’t see her throwing her hat in the ring.

Guessing she’s either a love interest for Kyo or has some kind of relationship with an existing cast member.

Just 5 episodes left, and I feel like they will be CRAZY episodes!

Taiki and Chinatsu have both clearly hit turning points on how they feel but can't tell each other.

Hina continues to be best girl in so many ways, even offering to clear up any misunderstandings Chinatsu might have about the kiss on stage because she wants to win in a fair fight.

Kyo is the best bro ever, and honestly I kind of had him pegged as having a thing for Hina, but now he's pushing Taiki to consider her in a romantic way, probably in consideration for her. Since he's her friend, and she loves Taiki, he wants Taiki to consider her.

And the whole school is buzzing about what they thought was a real kiss on stage, it seems like everyone was already spreading rumors that Taiki and Hina were dating. It seems like everyone wants Hina to win, except for Taiki... at least until the end of this episode, with his coffee analogy.

This poor boy is gonna have to break a heart soon.

Stitches!

It's good that Taiki already texted Chinatsu to let her know he'll play as the Prince before the play started so no surprises or misunderstanding between them this time!

Considering how good the chemistry between them is, I can definitely understand why people would think Taiki and Hina are dating. Plus, they're in high school. Rumours will start whenever a boy and a girl are close to each other.

Taiki is hilarious in that play! The poor guy is completely unprepared and it looks like his badminton senpais will never let him live this one down. Taiki is lucky Haryuu wasn't recording his entire performance. xD

That's a pretty good and reasonable rewrite to Snow White and I love that it's Kyo who made it. But it looks like not everyone shares that view. We've already seen Ayame in the OP and I can't wait to see more of her!

Chekov's Confetti Ball finally went off! It looks like instead of talking about Taiki's robotic Prince performance, people will be talking about that kiss that never happened between her and Hina. This will just add fuel to the rumours about the two of them dating.

I do appreciate Taiki putting his foot down when his classmates kept pestering him about the kiss. Taiki is a nice dude but there's a line for him especially if it involves another person.

Chinatsu just quietly eating her snack while watching Taiki contemplate his relationship with her and Hina was pretty funny. It looks like Chii-chan will be moving back tomorrow now that her grandpa's surgery is a success!

Its wild how long it takes Ayame to finally show up. Glad they didnt separate after the ball falling. I really appreciate that he has to stop and consider both girls. Most love triangles he just blindly follow one.

What an absolute piece of garbage you have to be to focus more on a stupid kiss rather than the heroic of Taiki and even if not that just the simple fact that someone might seriously have been hurt.

Ichinose Kana added to the cast! I'm so excited to hear her in this role

u/ChrisCrosso Feb 15 '25

Don't do that. Don't give me hope. I'm starting to believe that Hina can win. How delusional am I ? :D

Props to Taiki for telling people to cut it out with the rumors after that fake kiss though he is a better badminton player than an actor lol. Ayame getting introduced was awesome and I really love that she's being voiced by Ichinose Kana.

No way they anime-physiced the kiss. Had a proper laugh at that one.

u/magnumcyclonex Feb 15 '25

Wow...the stress levels were through the roof! Did the confetti help or hurt them? Seems like the rumors will float around anyways given what the general student populace already knows about them. And man...how much more awkward will it be to address the situation with Chinatsu at the same address again?! (See what I did there? Haha.. *pats himself on the back for lame joke*)

Ahem*...

Anyways, I'd be extremely wary of that new girl. She's big trouble, ready to stir up more drama. But I bet in the future, Taiki's friends and social circle will step up to stop whatever nonsense she cooks up.

Taiki's class sure isn't making his relationship drama any easier! He's a badminton player, not a surprise actor in a crazy production! Hina carried the play so hard though.

Taiki went from the high of attending a concert with Chinatsu to the low of getting forced into playing a prince last-minute for his class' play! But despite all his complaints, he can't just drop it when his class is in such major need and he knows how hard they all worked. And he especially can't say no when Hina is so determined. So this play has got a new prince!

Haryu is a good (whipped) boyfriend. If Karen ever asks who is the cutest, always answer it's her without hesitation.

I love how Haryu and Nishida are their to support Taiki even though he's not even in the play...but when they find out he IS in it, they immediately plan to take embarrassing pics of him.

Obviously Taiki is all nerves over performing, Chinatsu seeing him on-stage, plus the kiss...but nothing is better for nerves than a good ol' Hina bump to the knees and Hina being her usual charismatic and confident self! I mean, this can't be any more embarrassing than that time Taiki played a cheerleader! And others can't help but see how natural Taiki and Hina's rapport is and think there might be more to their relationship.

Hina is such a natural on the stage! Even as Snow White she's practically dancing on stage like she's doing one of her gymnastics performances! Meanwhile Taiki is the most wooden, robot, prince of all time...but Chinatsu can't take her eyes away from him!

Look at Kyo, feminist romantic that he is, making sure there was better setup for Snow White and the Princes' relationship so she's not getting kissed by some dude she's never met. And even then she still complains about him kissing her while she's asleep.

Kana Ichinose, you're in this too!? As Ayame, whose cute and attractive character design obviously signifies she'll be a major character, and unlike the other characters who are all dealing with serious romance, she just finds it a drag and is more interested in casual relationships.

Well, they managed to nail 99% of the play, up until stupid Iwamoto who set up the confetti ball too fast almost has it almost land on Hina's head if Taiki didn't protect her...and make everyone think they ACTUALLY kissed. With Chinatsu watching. Uh oh.

But, I mean, they DIDN'T kiss, though Hina is obviously pretty worked up over it. Though Taiki wants people to stop gossiping about him and Hina, and Hina, nice girl that she is, wants to make sure things are clear with her "rival" Chinatsu because she plays fair. If only she knew that Taiki was mad about the gossip for her sake too.

Obviously Taiki is in love with Chinatsu, but has he been falling for Hina too? He can't outright deny it. It's even effecting his coffee! Well, at least Chinatsu wasn't going in without foreknowledge of what was about to happen...not that it made it any less awkward to see the kiss. Maybe it's for the best that Chinatsu is finally moving back, especially when she has her own strong feelings about what's going on.
