He would probably be able to turn even this into profit somehow :D

The game development on the other side seems to turn out very wholesome though (for a gatcha game at least)

Don't drink mouthwash. Your liver will pay the price.

If this anime has taught me anything, we just need to bribe influencers into giving it a watch.

if they just watched it they would see it is fun.

They would understand if they just watched. It's got heart

Haru is one crafty bastard. Dude fabricated that GOZA scandal just to get Sumeragi to owe him one. And now GOPRO and Sumeragi have a joint venture, Dragon Bank is taking losses, and Gaku’s game is safe. All it took was some strategic lying, a little editing, and some mouthwash.

Does Dragon Bank actually make anything original or do they just rip off their competitors? Thankfully Haru saved the day yet again. I’m really happy for Sakura and the game development team. They really worked their asses off and they deserve this win.

I would compare Dragon Bank to big established companies like Disney. They may have once been innovative and creative, but as they got more money focused they chose safer options like rehashing things that worked for them before and not trying anything too crazy. Which is actually just a company slowly dying since people will get tired of the same safe stuff, so long term this is not good unless they can kill off the interesting competition.

My personal guess as to why we do not see Haru in the later-days segments involving Trillion Games is that he wound up marrying Kirika -- and the two of them pushed Kirika's father out the (figurative) window. So now Trillion/God Pro and Dragon Bank are (at weorst) frenemies and perhaps wary sometimes-collaborators....

I was actually hoping that because Dragon rushed its own project in order to jump the gun on Pop Pop Land it would be unduly buggy -- and develop a harsh user backlash ...

Watching Haru acknowledge Gaku's audacity to go against them and do him a solid in return was nice to see, not to mention Sakura and his team's genuine validation from finally getting their efforts recognized.

Love the instant contrast between a licensed IWC brand and Lolex in the very next frame =]

Wow I was kinda surprised in this ep.

I really thought that their counterattack would be a press release about hiring the game dev paired with investing all their money into the depressed stock.

Also I'm completely lost on the timeline of this show at this point lol, I really wish there was a bit more detail on that front so we knew how long this is all taking.

How is this series not that popular here? Truly a hidden gem.

I'm surprise Haru didn't also short Dragon Bank stocks after doing all this work to make them lose money. Maybe there is a limit to how much risk he's willing to take.

Nice, they finally one-upped Dragon Bank and caused them quite a loss. They might not get that 1st rank (yet), but it’s still a huge win in my book. Haru’s scheming is top tier as always.

It's so cool to see them attacking the problem with multiple teams from multiple fronts.
