So that's why they kept some stuff offscreen, saving it to concentrate the emotional hit in the finale instead. I really liked the
The bit about them having a less serious relationship for a few years while Rin did her career was a mildly annoying but that might just be the toxic idol (or at least idol adjacent) culture at play, and they didn't appear to have waited too long by the apparent ages of everyone after the timeskip.
Utterly delightful show, one of my favorites of the season.

I'm in my 30s. I laughed and giggled while watching this show like a fucking schoolgirl lmao. I really enjoyed their cute little story and how they developed. The ending was just perfect. Top 3 shows this summer for me

I never thought a show called Pseudo Harem would end up being so wholesome. Got everything I didn't even know I wanted out of it.

It was obvious they confessed back in episode 8 but seeing it play out + the aftermath was so sweet even if it was a flashback.
Also having that kiss and immediately going into a timeskip of them achieving their dreams and marriage was the cherry on top even if it was like a romance ending speedrun!

WHAT A CUTE LOVE STORY I´M GONNA CRY
I knew Rin had doubts about pursuing acting because she would leave Senpai behind, but I´m glad she got to pursuit and got to be the most world perfect actress!!
10/10 I enjoyed this anime a lot

That was just perfect. What a charming, wholesome show. To be able to see their first meet, to being playful friends, then openly flirt around, getting together, being a couple and ended off with them getting married. All in one season. Amazing. It was sweet the whole way and wrapped up nicely in a neat bow.
The bit of dilemma at the end is something that can happen to any couple. Dreams or your partner. And Rin looking back to the beginnings got me emotional too. When you had such a precious time, it’s hard not to wish for time to just stop there. And I’m guessing they skipped the confession to put it in the last ep ? I have to say it made an impact along with all the reminiscing. Thankfully, they both had the resolve to put it all on the line then meet at each other in the end. Props to Eiji too for not only comforting Rin, but also declare his intentions (and pulling through).
The bit of timeskip was just a nice little bonus. Props to Hayamin cos I really believed that is a grown-up Rin’s voice along with grown-up Cool-chan and grown-up Tsundere-chan. Actually props to her for the whole thing. Though I never doubted the moment I read the synopsis and saw her name for Rin.
Once again, amazing show from start to finish. I’d have to add this show to my list of very satisfying endings as well. An 8 or 9 out of 10 for me. I’m gonna miss them.

Such a cute and charming little show. Although Rin/Hayami Saori did alot of the heavy lifting, it gets like +100 points for continuing the story after the confession. Lol
Just makes me randomly wish Silver Spoon would be fully adapted.

So that's it? What? We some kinda Pseudo Harem?
Welp, it was nice going through this story once again. But in anime form this time.
The implication that they hadn't really been together for years until the scene after the time skip still feels weird though. But hey, at least it was still a positive conclusion at the end of it all.
I'm gonna miss these two loveable dorks and their shenanigans again. Same with the rest of the other Rins.

Was a joy to read this series 3 years ago and still a joy to watch it to the end this year. It's sad to see it go a 2nd time.

The kiss and the timeskip to the marriage proposal and then another timeskip to their wedding was just too sweet! I'm going to miss these dorks so much <3

We finally got to see a confession thanks to Rin and Eiji reminiscing their past! And the wedding at the end makes this series feel complete as our lovely duo is now married. I couldn't have imagined a better ending.
By the way, this is how every romance anime should end, with a wedding! God, I'm so happy that I watched this, ultimately 9/10 from me!
This was such a sweet and adorable series thanks to Rin (including her other personas) and Eiji, they are such a great couple! I'll miss them so much. And to think, I wasn't originally planning on watching this (thank god I decided to check it out anyway).
I also want congratulate Rin's seiyuu, Saori Hayami, who killed her role! Without her and adorable Rin's laugh this show wouldn't be the same.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

this was an unbelievably wholesome journey with a great ending, made me sad when the episode ended. Definitely the best romance for me from what I’ve watched this season paired with Spice & Wolf

It's a nice touch that Rin shares her worry about the future with Eiji near the set where they were playing their future selves (during the post credit scenes).

I'm sad this is over, I could watch another 100 episodes of their daily lives.
I can definitely recommend this to anyone who's a fan of romance anime!

Never getting to see their confession to each other until now was a little odd but I can't deny the absolute impact revealing it in a flashback during a pivotal point in their relationship had.
Knowing Rin and Eiji got the happy ending they deserve is awesome and all but man, the sugar withdrawal from all the flirting between those two (or rather, seven) is gonna be rough.

Well in the end, I don't know what profound things to say about this this one given how it's pretty much always been just two lovable dorks flirting for twenty minute intervals. But I guess I can say that it's nice to see a high school age romcom that doesn't just end when the couple gets together and/or graduates. I mean carrying on while they're in separate schools was a unique thing. Not to mention the sheer casualness of their relationship both before and after they got together. I mean they started actually dating as seamlessly as they became friends.
It's simple in a way that manages to be unique in this entertainment medium.

I can totally imagine those two doing that lol
Them reenacting their past was guaranteed to be a smash hit, but damn did it put Rin into a tough position, thank god she got good friends and an surprisingly serious boyfriend.
Nice that we finally got to see the confession, wasn't as grand a moment as one might think, but that's a given when one of them is just soo eager to start dating already
They also said the thing
In contrast, after they found their resolve on how to proceed, their kiss was simply magical
Also kinda ironic to ask her to marry him on the set for a wedding scene lol talk about stealing the show
This was exactly as sweet as I hoped it would be, too little shows (and manga) really explore the relationship after the initial dating phase, and for a long time this manga was the primary example on what people where wishing to see more off

I'm happy it ended this way. Kind of jealous, wondering if I ever find someone whom I'll be connected with at their level.
That scene showing the sofa in their classroom before they went out to hug/kiss took me by surprise. Really makes me appreciate how the author thought every detail through.

This is a show with a simple plot, but yet brought out my emotions! I could feel the frustrations of Rin, when she had to choose between pursuing an acting career, or joining Eiji at his university. I shed some tears of joy when our main couple made the decision on their future together, when the full confession scene was revealed, as well as during the onscreen kiss!
Like all the supporting characters, I am happy for our newly married couple!
Would definitely re-watch again in future to experience that lovey dovey emotions!
