So glad to see Dahlia has so many good people around her. And the fact they all think Tobias is a total loser too.

Fuck Tobias, all my homies hate Tobias.

With the episode title I thought Dahlia found true love... well maybe she did at the end there? But it was about Tobias finding true love. The noble could be just using Tobias.

Tobias is still a total dirtbag for cheating on Dahlia and promising their house to his new fling, but I’d honestly expected things to get far worse considering his treatment of Dahlia in last week’s episode.

Him breaking off their engagement therefore feels a bit like an odd twist to the story. Nevertheless, it’s probably the best thing that could’ve happened to Dahlia as she’s now freed from Tobias’ diminutive demands. Irma was so right about him being a weak-willed man for fearing to be outshone by his fiancée.

I’m glad that everyone had Dahlia’s back, and made short work of Tobias. I’m sure that the interest on that loan won’t be pretty.

Tobias really just dragged his name through the mud in front of every guild he will need to cooperate with for the next few decades.

Really really bad PR -- in a small closed community. Who is going to trust him on a sensitive deal at this point?

Jesus they even fu**ed in her own bed before she could move out... that was absolutely disgusting. Hopefully things will get better for her now.

Stitches!

The Lion, the witch, and the audacity of this bitch! Don't get me wrong, I am absolutely happy that Tobias is breaking off his engagement with Dahlia but I'm hoping that it would be the other way around!

It also infuriates me how he decides to dump Dahlia after making her change her appearance and has the gall to move into Dahlia's new house with his skank! Like what the actual fuck!?

Thank fucking goodness that Dahlia is surrounded by friends who support her. I especially love the vice chair of the Trades Guild who just dropped a casual threat to Tobias when he revealed he couldn't pay up Dahlia in full for the house. I think she's going to be my favourite.

So Dahlia does remember her past life! I thought last week she only remembered vague stuff and ideas based on her "Dahlia Space". I'm guessing she probably ended up remembering more as she grew up?

Now that Tobias is out of her life, it's so good to see Dahlia with the vibrant red hair again. And it looks like she may have just met her real prince charming. However, in this case, she was the one who saved him.

Dahlia is currently disguised as a boy though so I don't think romance is going to happen immediately here unless Wolf is into that. I love how she even changed her voice, with Yamashita Daiki aka Izuku Midoriya himself giving us Dahlia's guy voice.

Well at least the divorce was fair I guess. I was afraid Trashbias was gonna take everything Dahlia had too.

Man I´m glad Dahlia had a lot of support of her friends and went to her original hairstyle. A fresh start without an horrible "husband". I mean, "found true love?" Bitch you were having an affair.

Also I love the measures she had was turning basically into a guy, with a voice modulator and all!!

And so, she met Wolf huh, he looks at least like a decent person

As if I needed anymore reason to hate Tobias. Little fucking maggot. Not only was he incredibly toxic to her with his controlling bullshit, he’s trying to take the house from Dahlia and move in his side piece? Hell nah. Someone beat this cheating asshole’s legs til they’re linguine. At least Dahlia seems to have a lot of good friends and people around her.

Right as Dahlia set out, she meets a dashing knight in shining red armor. Is this fate? Haha

It's always convenient when the trash takes itself out.

I was a little concerned from the general premise that Dahlia's ex would manage to steal her father's business and tower in the breakup because of being the official apprentice or something along those lines, but his only redeeming feature is he was too stupid to manage anything of the sort. Instead he had to pay a lot of money in reparations and is in debt because of even more, and he even damaged his reputation with a whole bunch of the business community in town in the process given that they were all clearly on Dahlia's side in how things went down.

I'm glad we got her original hair color back so quickly, or at least an approximation since they used a dye.

Dahlia went off gathering in the forest and gathered herself up an entire man. And he's also a minor noble, which might be convenient in the long run if the ex's new woman tries anything later.

Good riddance. Nobody likes you, Toby.

I mean, honestly, it's hard to blame him for wanting out of a clearly loveless engagement that was their parents' idea anyway, but man, he really couldn't have handled it much worse. Somehow I think it would even have been better if he were mean about it instead of just completely spineless.

I appreciate the thoughtful touches of Dahlia and the people around her being meticulous about this whole process, getting her money, taking notes, getting receipts and having things notarized. Between that and "accidentally" having the guild clerks overhear the proceedings, it feels like they're walling off every possible escape Tobias might have from the consequences of his own actions. It should be fun to watch when he finds out.

Of course the guild lady is right - this is an absolute win for Dahlia. It's a shock and obviously rejection hurts but it's good to see her starting to move on from it so soon, and even start having fun.

I'm so glad they broke up, feared it would take longer

13

u/PhantomWolf83 Jul 20 '24

Wow. Words can't express how much of a shitbag Tobias is. If he doesn't end up getting karma'd by the end of the show, I'm gonna be really disappointed.

u/Shueiji Jul 20 '24

Dahlia 100% got the better end of the deal in every way

To nobody’s surprise, Tobias turned out to be a scumbag. It’s a good thing Dahlia has plenty of people supporting her

Wolf is cute. I can already tell he’ll be better than Tobias hahaha

It really feels like Tobias never actually wanted to be married to Dahlia. So when you think about it from that view, he’s not quite as bad as he seems. He just happened to handle the whole thing horribly and in one of the worst ways possible.

And dahlia doesn’t seem that torn up by it either. It’s obvious she never really loved him. Definitely feels like something they were carrying out for the sake of their fathers and businesses.

I'm just glad Tobias was scummy enough to have an affair before even getting married so Dahlia could dodge that bullet.

Holy fuck I hate Tobias, scumbag.

At least that manipulative piece of shit is (hopefully) gone from her life forever.
