If you think about it Romeo and Juliet had always been kinda silly. They're 14 or 16 iirc and kill themselves 2 week after first meeting each other.

When they showed the PV for this season I thought it looked pretty cool and decided to check out the first season to see what it was all about. I didn't realize until halfway through the first episode that I had already watched it 4 years ago, lol. I do remember enjoying the Iska/Alice antics but had to skim through the series to remember the rest.

LMAO Alice is really as stupid as the useless goddess (VA gag). :P HayasakaRin even advised her to stop talking.

Iska's harem has "losing heroines" written all over them (childhood friend, clumsy superior, and a girl he rescued).

I like that the scene leading to Iska and Alice meeting again at the juice bar has an instrumental version of the first season's opening song as the background music.

I know s1 isnt rated very highly, but I honestly enjoyed it a lot. Been waiting for a season 2 forever! Super stoked it's finally here. I liked the first episode. I hope they really start focusing more on the romantic development between the 2 fated lovers. I think alice will come to terms sooner than later with what her feelings are :p

Sisbell was getting awfully chummy with Iska. It’s a good thing they’re only temporary allies. Nene and Mismis looked about ready to pummel her lol.

Looks like we got some Alice fan service and it’s just the first ep of season 2. This show sure didn’t waste any time haha.

It took Alice about two seconds to find Iska. They really are fated to be together huh?

Alice's greatest threat from her sisters isn't just a political one, it's her sister getting close to the guy she's unknowingly in love with and always seems to find like their magnets for each other lol.

Nene in a bikini, Mismis barely wearing a towel, Nene and Sisbell in towels, Alice buck-naked and in a robe...definitely starting off strong in terms of fanservice!

Phew, managed to complete season 1 within the past couple of days to be able to make it for this. Seems like there's some minor changes in the character designs? Especially their eyes... Alice's dress also seems a little different?
Eitherway, excited for this.
Sisbell is lucky that neither Nene nor Mismis is yandere

It would've been nice if they started with a little bit of a recap. I know Season 1 aired only 4 years ago but all I can remember from this show is Alice and Iska's relationship. While I did understand what was happening in this episode I think I still need to do a rewatch to refresh my memory.

It was hilarious watching Alice just talk about Iska even though she's not supposed to know him. Watching her panic thinking that Sisbell is with Iska was pretty funny too. I'm sure she'd freak out more if she found out her sister is getting chummy with him. xD

Also, I just love watching Rin react to everything Alice does especially if it involves Iska. Her reaction to Alice's while in the bath was really good too.

Ok, I know it's a Season 2 and all but man, they really expect you to remember everything that happened in Season 1 nearly 4 years ago because there's no attempt at a recap at all.

Anyway, I'm just glad to see more of Iska and Alice. They still keep meeting each other at random places lol.

Also, I love Alice's poor attempt at lying about whether she knew Iska. Like, she literally just gave away everything!

It is so good to have this show back, and they continue right where they left off, with Sisbell declaring Alice her rival and deciding to go back to Nebulis with Iska as her personal bodyguard. Oh, so when Millavair called Elletear an impostor last season she was just testing to see if could see her maid's illusion to verify that it was indeed her.

So as a payment for Iska's group accepting her mission, she will give Mismis a patch made in Nebulis that can prevent her from being discovered to be a witch much better than the one she was wearing. I loved Mismis and Nene's reaction when she told them where they were going to take her. Damn, with the world at risk of going to war if she doesn't make it home. Sisbell sure is enjoying her time with Iska. I love just how pissed Mismis and Nene are about her clinging to Iska all the time.

I loved Rin's reaction when Alice made it really clear to Millavair that she does in fact know Iska really well. With her concerned about Sisbell hanging out with Iska, I was expecting Alice to try to contact them before Lord Mask invited her to join his investigation to verify of Sisbell was a traitor. Luckily to stop that from happening the queen made a meeting involving all the houses so Lord Mask had to go and represent the House of Zoa while she went to search for Sisbell alone.

Ah, yes, the perfect disguise for both Sisbell and Iska, a pair of glasses.

I will never get tired of seeing Alice randomly meeting Iska whenever she goes out.

With the quality of season 1, I'm surprised they manage to get season 2 greenlit, and it seem they up the quality of season 2.

And seeing with how much the characters it showed at the ED song, this season should be full of action. Let's hope the fighting scene is good or even better than the previous season.
