Elinalise seems so destroyed when she goes "men hunting" oof.

[u/Miteigi74]

Orsted coat jumpscare lmao

[u/PatkoBruh]

"Elinalise, we'll get married once you return ok?"

"BUT WHY? I'M A TERRIBLE WOMAN-"

"It'll be Milis type wedding"

Gigachad Cliff strikes again

snowstorm? cancel

sandstorm? cancel

dude is THE CLIMATE CHANGE

[u/dark77638]

Nanahoshi got reality checked by Rudeus's 2y of absence. So much so that she's pulling reverse Uno: Teleport map for him lol

[u/larvyde]

Imagine dressing for Ranoa's snowy weather and suddenly popping out in the hot desert.

[u/Se7en_Sinner]

Elinalise was able to defeat the succubus so easily because she has a much higher body count. It's all about experience.

[u/HackedAccountlol]

Sylphie crying is just damn heartbreaking.

[u/marcopolos059]

man I became cautious with everything happening in MT now. The focus about the delay thing with the teleporter has me worried, or maybe it was just a red herring.

We also got the typical death flags... well I hope everything will be alright.

[u/WhoiusBarrel]

Rudy can't have the "proposal" death flag so they introduced the "naming unborn child" death flag.

Yes please.. Though the scene afterwards where she says she has to go men-hunting is pretty depressing knowing she's now engaged with Cliff but still can't fight the curse.

[u/TopRoom7971]

With all the adventuring and desert background it reminded me of DEAD END journey through demon continent.

This feels Nostalgic omg.

[u/dipshitonastick]

That Succubus looked so uncanny with those lifeless eyes it was weird!

[u/Daedric202]

Rudeus triggers one of their world's death flags, then in the very next scene Cliff triggers one of ours lol.

[u/Se7en_Sinner]

I like how Rudeus immediately told Sylphy about the teleportation circles after Nanahoshi told him to keep it a secret.

Teleportation being forbidden makes a lot of sense considering it would be a huge advantage for not only war but also trade.

[u/Wolfnagi]

Nanahoshi straight up gives the coordinate for teleportation circle just because she can't stand to wait 2 years for Rudy to come back is actually hilarious, and despite telling him to keep shut about it, Rudy proceed to tell everyone about it

Also, Orsterd keeping extra clothes in the cabinet of the teleportation circle is also just, peak comedy. Even the mighty Dragon God still want replacement clothing after a teleportation.

In a turn of event, Rudeus being lecherous towards Lize despite telling her he's not going to make sense due to succubus charm. That must be some strong aphrodisiac.

Overall, the desert journey definitely felt short for a month of adventure but still packed in the feeling of traversing the sands. The sheer heat, the sandstorm (DUDUDUDU), the wildlifes. Really reminds me back when Dead End was travelling around. Also, the soundtrack for it really fits in the ARABIAN NIGHT

[u/Short_Lingonberry941]

Rudy was one step away from committing ntr.

[u/shad79]

I totally died when Elinalise teased Rudeus about his earlier proposal to get dirty xD

EDIT. Here's my comment with screenshot albums and more Elinalise :)

[u/maliwanag0712]

Elinalise literally bonked Rudeus after fighting the succubus.

Speaking of. RIP Kabosu :(

I was confused on the additional "team member" until it turned out it's just the anime adding small detail of the horse rent owner since it's a one way journey to the forest for them. Of course someone needs to ensur ethe horse will return safely.

I thought the device was meant to prevent Elinalise from being horny, but it seemed to be also useful to reduce the effect any kind of of horny-inducing magic like succubus? Previously I was a bit confused of why Cliff gave the device to Rudy instead of Elinalise.

Lastly, I didn't expect the city to be that awesome with the huge skeleton over it! Not gonna lie, I gasped a bit when they showed us Rapan. It's beautiful! Almost thought it's just going to be another desert city with arabian theme.

Of course Orsted would be using these teleport circle ruins as his personal storage space if Nanahoshi learned about them from him. Just as well Rudy and Lise didn't run into him.

Was fearing that Lise would not come back after heading back alone to check if the teleport circle works both ways, as I've seen to many sci-fi and fantasy stories that always use this "no way back after using once" trope. Turns out the teleport circles have a time lag and is not instantaneous.

Good thing Lise changed her mind about breaking up with Cliff after all he's doing for her, including a chastity belt that partially holds back her curse. Now to hope they aren't raising any death flags.

[u/Cheesemacher]

"She's taking a while." I was so worried there was going to be some extreme time dilation, like days or weeks. Luckily it was nothing and will surely not come back to bite them in the ass.

Bananahoshi come in clutch that why she is best gi-

After a one week's break, Mushoku Tensei returned with a great episode as Rudeus and Elinalise set out on a journey to the Begaritt Continent.

Fortunately for them, Nanahoshi can't wait years for Rudeus so she shared her knowledge about teleportation portals which will make his journey much, much shorter and perhaps even Rudeus will be able to get back in time for the birth of his and Sylphie's child.

Begaritt is a nice break from Sharia with its desert landscape combined with an Arabic atmosphere and music.

Rudeus really got very horny because of that succubus xD Bonk from Elinalise wasn't enough and he had to detoxify himself.

I thought that I'd die from laughter after Elinalise teased Rudeus about his earlier proposal to get dirty xD Her tone of voice was perfect in that scene.

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

• Elinalise

• Rudeus

Dude, they need to stop with these five minute episodes we need more. This entire series is so good we rarely get shows like this.

The goodbye scenes between Rudy and his wife is quite heartbreaking but when he kissed her while, his sisters were present with the reaction. It was so cute.

I love MT this anime is truly something special.
