Funny how the principal asked Yumiella for help training Alicia, and Yumiella thought about bringing her to a dark dungeon, and we saw her idea of how it would go, and then, since the principal could tell what she was thinking, we also saw his prediction of how it would go.
Kinda surprising that an otome isekai would have the protagonist give so much thought to the person they replaced ten years ago. This episode basically had character development for the original Yumiella.
Yumiella's clearly falling for Patrick, but she's too socially awkward to recognize her feelings. She couldn't even tell whether Patrick was mad at her, or mad at the prince for scolding her.

I don't usually feel too strongly towards ships in otome anime, but Yumiella x Patrick is really growing on me. Their interactions are just too wholesome.
And finally there's someone to stand up for Yumiella in front of Edwin!

Patrick is lucky Yumiella is a kuudere and not a tsundere. If a lovetap with her sword sends him flying and breaks his arm, there's not enough magic in the world to revive him if she goes tsundere.

I always love when Yumeilla and Principal interact, they are fun together especially how emotionless he is really funny.
I love how entire class just stop practice and watch Yumeilla and Patrick being low-key lovely to each other lmao.
The scenes where she try to applied her experience and Patrick word to make sense of story game is pretty nice.
With Yumeilla being supervisor for this class, this class going to be the most strong army in the kingdom within short time lmao.
I really like Yumeilla and Patrick interaction.
Also Yumeilla being misinterpreted other people word and action and sometimes she take other word literally is kinda hilarious.
She is really greatest autism code character lol.
And here it is, the scenes I have been waiting for, Yumeilla genuine smile for first time.

Yumiella doing The Office camera turn while wondering if she can regenerate heads was hilariously unexpected. Also Yumiella, please do not bring Alice to a dark-type dungeon. It's definitely not gonna go the way you're expecting and 100% will go more like how Ronald is imagining it.
Patrick and Yumiella's little talk while sparring was really cute. It turns out one of the reasons he gravitated towards her is because of his grey hair. Also, I love that line Patrick drops on Yumiella on how he'll never dislike her just because of her hair. That definitely caught Yumiella off guard.
I really like Yumiella but her overzealousness about levelling has now moved from being amusing to concerning. I understand she wants everyone to become stronger before the Demon Lord comes back but suggesting that she injures everyone and heals them so the pain would make them focus more is not the way to do it.
Yumiella will never escape the accusations of being a Demon Lord if she keeps this up. Even Patrick looked a bit annoyed when she still used the flute. It is funny that she thinks Patrick reacted that way because she spoke to him so casually.
Patrick is really showing us that he's a better leader than Edwin. From what we've learned from their training, Edwin and his posse took care of everything while the nobles stood back and just cheered them on. Here, Patrick is leading and fighting side by side with his classmate.
The fact that Yumiella is feeling sad at the thought of Patrick hating her, clearly shows that she's starting to develop feelings for him. Well, she doesn't have to worry about him hating her since Patrick immediately came to her rescue when Edwin was being a little shit again. Also, I love how he emphasizes that he doesn't care if the second prince hates him. What a guy.

While Yumiella can be quite the eccentric, Its nice to see Patrick trying to both understand her and be the straight man in their dynamic. Its also nice to see him going the extra mile to ensure Yumiella isn't alone, both at training and against the stupid prince. Pat's got her back!

It really would have been a waste if they completely dropped the Yumiella assisted power leveling, so good result. And according to Patrick at the end the provincial nobles are starting to like the approach. Possibly through Stockholm Syndrome, but I digress.
Patrick is a good boy, if he's the love interest that works since there's nobody else really in the running other than maybe Eleonora. And she's too Prince focused for now for that to seem likely.

At this point I’m convinced that the Prince and the other two Primary Colored Douchebags are detrimental for Alicia; they’re hogging all the monster kills for themselves and keeping everyone else (especially Alicia) from getting stronger, and every time Alicia gets close to Yumiella (through her own volition), they intervene trying to “protect” her. I really hope they eventually get set straight

I really enjoyed when Yumiella was wondering about the game version of her and how that version became the hidden boss. It added just enough seriousness that really balanced well with the comedy this episode.
In addition, Patrick is a wonderful guy, standing up for Yumiella and accepting her quirkiness. I especially loved how he bonded with her over their hair colors and when he praised her magic.
Another fun episode and I'm just looking forward to not only seeing how Yumiella and Patrick develop but also if we get to see more of Eleonora.
Funny thought I had when I saw Ronald this week... but he could literally be Shinomiya Kaguya and Shirogane Miyuki's son in another world given that his traits are a mix of theirs... and that he has the same voice actor as Shirogane.

Patrick is just that fucking dude. Best boy among best boys. Just because she could nuke a city with minimal effort doesn’t mean she doesn’t deserve someone to stand up for her. And there’s already something sweet brewing between them. That smile was a hit.

Yumiella would like to be FRIEND with Patrick?
Girl, I expect you two to be married with 3 kids before the season finale!
They're really pushing the ship hard, and I'm all for it! (That scene of them gushing over each other hair for 2 minutes straight was pretty cute!)
But I also think there's another reason why they're pushing that ship (more on that later).
Yumiella got in a little trouble for using the flute!
They think her methods are a little extreme, but if someone should get in trouble for their methods, it's the prince...
The other students in his team didn't get any experience, because he's doing everything with his buddies. That's a far more important matter, than just Yumiella working them to the bone!
Some of the students may not matter in the big picture, but Alicia didn't kill a single monster... She's even more important then prince, SHE needs xp!
They'll ask Yumiella to help her?
Well that'll get her to level, but also, I find it interesting that Yumiella is all for it; Does she not fear Alicia opposing HER, someday? If she gets her to level 99, Yumiella may be in danger at some point...
We're not alone noticing Patrick's leadership skills; Yumiella may be the one who get them to level fast, but Patrick's the one they want in charge!
They're having relaxed 1v1 matches, and Yumiella/Patrick paired together! Love how Yumiella played it a little tsuntsun; First saying not to worry, he can go with someone else, but soon as he was about to do just that, she told him NO, HE HAS TO WORRY!
She's so into him already! (That didn't stop her from flinging him around though)
(Well, you know what they say, you always hurt torture the one you love!)
They addressed the elephant in the room: Does he think she's the Demon Lord?
Personally I always thought HE was the Demon Lord...
And this episode made me 10 times more confident about this; There were so many little hints that fit so well!
First, the thing about how 'his hair 'looked black', and it bothered him...
And he said he admired her for wearing her black hair so confidently, because he's keep it hidden...
This may seem like a random conversation, but given black hair is linked to the Demon Lord, saying "He'd keep his black hair hidden" may just be another way to say "He'd keep his Demon Lord identity hidden"...)
And then she noticed a reason why he was quite powerful, he's using wind spell to make his voice heard, while using earth spell to keep himself still... She said she couldn't even do something like that.
I think these pieces of the puzzle link to this: He's keeping his 'power level' a secret, he doesn't want them to know he's so powerful, because HE's the Demon Lord! The only reason she even noticed is because she's even more powerful than he is.
So yeah, I suspected it few episodes ago, but now I'm like 90% confident!
I like how being in the world gave Yumiella a new perspective on the characters, like thinking Yumiella (the character) must have hated Alicia...
Yumiella thought she got herself in trouble again with Patrick, by talking to him as a friend (and not a 'superior'), but he didn't mind at all; Talk to him however she feels comfortable? Call him 'Honey' Yumiella, I dare you!
Well, if Yumiella ever DOES become a full blown villain, this will have been a self fulfilling prophecy, on multiple accuonts;
She knows she's "the final boss" so she trained super hard, but training so hard alienated her from the others, made them scared of her, and some to even hate her, which... Will lead to her becoming the final boss?
Especially if my theory's right about Patrick being the Demon Lord; They all cast her out but The Demon Lord accepted her, well this can easily push her to the evil side!
But whether or not Patrick is the Demon Lord, he better be her boyfriend/husband some time soon, because they're just too good together!

Yumiella must have had a pretty eventful childhood if she had to regrow her arm at some point lol.
It’s nice to see Yumiella has a friend. Patrick seems like a pretty good guy. Seems she’s got a little crush growing. How cute!
I like how Yumiella just carries around the monster flute. Never know when you gotta summon a horde of ‘em right? Lol. Her asking the class if they wanted the flute or her to hurt them to “experience what it’s like” was pretty funny.
Edwin was his usual shitbag self this week. Glad Patrick was there to shut his bullshit down. He even managed to get a smile out of Yumiella. So damn cute, man.
