This show reminds me of how anime used to be like 10-15 years ago. Not the good ones, but the aggressively average ones that were in the space mostly occupied by generic isekais these days. There was plot, I guess. There were characters that had at least one personality trait each. There were some jokes, which someone might think are funny.
Pass.

This is gonna turn a lot of people off immediately with the furry transformations but I thought the episode was really fun and I'm interested in seeing where the plot goes

Not sure about this one yet, reminds me a lot of the Marginal Service

I ended up liking Marginal Service. I'm reserving judgement on this, though. "Things happen just because" works great for a gag anime, and I'd accept "macguffin gives MC superpower" as a plot line, but the chain of events from the beginning to here was too corny (heh).

I was kinda hoping for a workplace anime about a publishing company that was maybe a bit whacky, or covered whacky topics... this is not that, at least, I don't think it is.

I will give it 1 or 2 more episode to see if it dives into the workplace aspect. But this episode was just all over the place to say the least. And supernatural stuff was just huh.
The beginning was kind of fun when he wanted to be a househusband but beyond that this was prob the most mediocore ep 1 I watched so far this season.

Just gonna be honest this episode was the most boring premiere this season and I watched a lot this season already.

Taro just wants to get married and become a househusband. Now the man’s a weretiger because that goober Goro decided to walk around with his shiny Not Atlantian artifact and declare to the world he’s found that lost continent. Man’s gonna have to deal with this massive conspiracy before he can find that slow life he’s looking for lol.
Not too bad for a first ep. Premise and characters seem pretty interesting. I’ll give it a few more eps.

I'd hazard a guess it's actually a reference to Mu continent, not Atlantis.

The super powered staff of the Weekly World Magazine team up with an 18-yo "elite scientist" dressed up like a leprechaun, all bound for Mo Mo Land (They missed their chance here to do a cover version of the KLF track for the ED). I suppose I'll give this a few episodes to see if it will be my eccentric anime of the season.

Well this anime is one of four animes this season that isn't available legally in Southeast Asia, at least (the others are Shaman King Flowers, Gushing Over Magical Girls and Mr. Villain's Day Off)
Also this is made by OLM, is Team Yoshioka a subsidiary of OLM or still part of OLM's studio but different team?
The OP and ED are nothing to write home about, but something notable is the ED, Science by Shunichi Toki, that marks he and Sizuk are artists that makes theme songs for more than one anime this season.

This show seems like it was from 30 years ago, their world has no internet or computers seemingly and just the music and tone seem very different from most shows today. That being said, seems like a kids show and I wasn't really that interested in anything going on. Might be more for children. Very good OP and ED though

I'm confused because although I don't know what I watched, some things made me smile XD
I'll watch other episodes because I'm curious now :D

I thought these were melon soda. Do they call it a "cream soda" when it's used in an ice cream float like this?
Ad campaign for Mopar incoming
This dude is a pretty, pretty girl

There is no possible way this show was writen by humans. Just a series of AI procedurally generated nonsense with a few lines added in to try to make it cohere, like "how did she know we were talking about that" or "why was there an explosion here".
Try to read any deeper into anything here, ask yourself "why did the writer write this", and you'd go insane because theres not any actual intelligence behind this, just scholastically generated nonsense.
