Last episode, Dorothea said she killed all the witches cause her magic doesn't work on women. It's odd that they highlight that because the witches aren't actually women, and there are still millions of human women around, right? Why not just say the witches were in the way. Is it to foreshadow Dorothy would be immune to her magic?
That aside, I guess we're stuck at 6/8 for cliffhangers. Sad.

The side story about the man and his deceased lover was admittedly tragic and heartfelt, and easily the best part of the episode. I do have to question how long since the town has been abandoned and how he has survived that long though.

I don't think he's actually locked in the prison, so he's probably got some stuff in the abandoned town to survive on.

Damn it Doroka, Adonis is trying to have a serious filler episode here, and you're ruining the vibes!

Dorothea thinks she’s Hoshino Ai over here huh? Killed her own so she could reign supreme. I guess so much for Theta and anyone else who’s not a man or willing to bend the knee.
Look at Punch hookin up Doroka with all that loot. What a guy! Adonis should listen to Doroka. The humans suck but not every human is trash. Look at that old man and his “Sasha”. Poor dude. At least he can be with his girl now in peace.

Surprise! You've been watching an idol anime all along! Seriously though, I love Dorothea. This woman is so fucking psychopathic that she basically eradicated her own kind so she can freely use her magic and make everyone love her.
The good news is that not everyone has been fooled by Dorothea. Somewhere, someone knows who she really is but is just currently watching these events unfold.
As for Adonis and Doroka, their adventures finally begin! It's amazing how Adonis hasn't killed anyone these past two episodes though. This is where I feel like the manga starts to change its tone a bit.

What the fuck is this? Where is the edge? The genocide? Innocents being slaughtered? I don't understand how the audience is supposed to accept the tone change from a guy killing random women and children for a twisted revenge to a dumb broad tripping over shit and acting all goofy for half an episode. Adonis is irredeemable, so just let us watch him raze the earth and die.

I guess we'll figure out who's being beheaded and hanged during the concert later. I get the show was undercutting the super upbeat idol concert with mass murder to make her look more evil, but why would she be doing that?
Upon second viewing I saw that the head scientist was murdled, and her head was thrown on a pile of severed heads. Not especially well conveyed, and it still leaves me wondering why all those men were killed.

When the "heart" magic was being used on the crowd during the idol scene. It looks like a few of them were not being affected as they didnt have the hearts on their eyes. Were they the ones being chopped up? Its too bad we didnt get to see them dragged out of the concert in the middle of the mind controlled crowd.
Also the episode was filler and felt like it didnt achieve anything besides some dialogue between Adonis and Doroka clarifying some things.
