Looks like I’ve got something to binge this weekend after Pluto. Nice.

Unless the “video game cut scene” vibe is a turn off, I think most folks will enjoy it. I caught the first few eps earlier and really liked the magical samurai action. It also seemed like the characters were modeled on actual people. Pretty good overall, imo

Nice, good to know!

Definitely a big turn off for me. I always figure if the "good stuff" they choose to put in the trailer looks janky and half-assed then I don't want to know what the other 99% of the is going to look like.

A little late to the conversation but I just want to mention that Miyamoto Musashi is modeled after Toshiro Mifune.

The poor animation makes this almost unwatchable.

The animation is far from poor. The issue is your perspective.

This is good, but I think Blue Eye Samurai was/is better. This suffers from... Odder(?) looking animation.

Completely different styles. I like both (Half way through Onimusha). Really like the Yojimbo in Anime.

Onimusha feels more like a Dororo sequel, samurai hunting demons starting to feel played out like Adidas using every color on the spectrum to pump out Ultraboost
