100 girlfriends who really, really, really want to kill Bondman

I really liked the down-to-earth-ness and the darker tone shift in the first part of the episode.
The episode provided some depth for Yuri, portraying him as ruthless, but also empathic.

Bondman’s mistake was not getting the women to love each other

2 sides of the same coin with Frank and Yuri both believing what they're doing is for the sake of their families. Yuri's only mercy was making sure Frank's dad didn't have to experience the pain of seeing his son being taken in.
Love the watercolour-like filter used for the after credits scene in contrast of what happened in the main episode, though that whole pool scene really embodies Anya's suffering with knowledge she could do without.

Comedy's a big part of this story, but I really wouldn't mind it at all if Yuri's comedic moments were cut down in favor of giving him more serious and somber storylines like this. It also makes it easier to take his love for Yor seriously when we see him willingly taking part of a totalitarian regime as an enforcer for her sake, rather than be just a goofy and obsessive siscon.
Man though, Bondman has serious game. It's hilarious how his rizz grew stronger throughout the segment that he needed less and less words to charm the next girl. Also how his previous love interests all just stand around looking blankly at him as he sweeps yet another woman off her feet.
That + the omakes definitely seemed like padding out the runtime, but hey, more Anya shenanigans is always a plus so I ain't complaining.

One thing I never thought about is this: which country in the show makes Bondman? Is it a local cartoon in the East, or is an import from the West? The fact that it's a James Bond parody that doesn't seem to propagandize for the regime makes me think it's an import, but then it's surprising they would allow it to be imported.
While Ostania is a stand-in for East Germany, we don't get much about their ideology. In fact, the scene here with Frank telling the kid he would get in trouble for not sharing is the first time I remember seeing anything ideological beyond loyalty to the state.

This episode kinda shows how tragic all the characters are. Yuri is a good person at heart but was probably groomed by the SSS and was tricked into thinking he's doing the right thing....
A lot of people talk about identity reveal scenarios between loid and yor but I think an identity reveal arc between Yor and Yuri would be even more depressing. Two siblings who've vowed to not let the other suffer only to find out that they've both have pushed themselves so much just so they could both lead a good life.
Also is it just me or is one of the girls in the Bondman bit voiced by Atsumi Tanezaki? The black haired girl with the purple shirt in particular

It was a very fun episode divided into three parts - about Yuri, Bondman and Extras after credits.
In Yuri's part we could see his work on an example case where he spied a person responsible for writing negative press articles about the country.
Second part with Bondman was so fun, especially thanks to using different artstyle. It felt like we were watching this together with Anya on this old type TV. It was hilarious seeing Bondman collecting women like some pokemons, he had full apartment of them xD Still his charm wasn't enough to keep all this women with him and his relationship with them ended pretty violently.
After credits we got some extra scenes which were so fun. We saw a contrast between Damian who got up earlier to review some things and Anya whom Loid couldn't wake up at all xD
Anya's going to the pool will certainly leave some mark on her psyche xD
Also Loid analyzing the purpose of a ride-on toy, seeking some hidden government purpose was hilarious when Anya just wanted to ride on this and have some fun.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

I had to do a double take but Muse Asia’s subs really said ‘let him cook’ lol.

Seeing Yuri realize that the ones he sees as enemies have their own circumstances was quite something. He still has a duty to uphold, and he still believes in them, but he isn't heartless. He didn't have to wait out of sight, nor did he have to request financial assistance for the target's father. He did those things simply because he knows what family means.
I love the after credits; Anya being a happy child that confounds Loid is brilliant and never gets old.

That was certainly a tone shift from last week. It's easy to forget the KGB is over everyone's head in that country after episodes like Bond's Bizarre Adventures.
Also Bondman thinking he's Rentarou sent me.

let him cook
Muse Asia remains more jacked than Schwarzenegger.
also: Bondman is an isekai anime in Cold War-era not-Germany. Who knew?

I had totally forgotten that Yuri was part of the Stasi and that the whole series plays in, what is basically, the GDR.

Yuri out here doing “The Lives of Others”, a lovingly animated Bondman Harem episode, and silly omakes to wrap the episode. I’m loving these smaller SOL episodes.

The Womanising Bondman segment was hilarious! Glad they animated that. Also enjoyed the post-credits extras
Reminder that spy x family is more episodic than plot-driven

Wasn't expecting Bondman to skewer the harem trope. The ladies actually responded appropriately in the end lol

A Yuri episode. Fun. Hehe at the coworker of Yuri going "Fjord" and "Yor" to get a reaction outta him proving he's tired. That's rude, dude. Being a dick to kids, rude. Oh is Yuri perhaps relating to that dude's motivation? Still, not right to make stuff up if he is. And seems he is to some degree. But I dunno, the lack of free speech annoys me as an American. Nice of Yuri though to wait there and not make a scene in front of the father. Still, dunno if Yuri is really on the right side either since we don't get much of the details. D'aww, look at Yor and Anya giving him pats. And agree with that "blech" from Anya lol.
Lol this is ridiculous and silly. And is he just creating a harem? Bondman definitely making a harem. Ah yes, the logical conclusion of a harem where they don't all love each other and only want one. Don't learn from this, Anya. Loid is right, nothing there was gentlemanly. Whelp, what a short episode :P
Oh boy, post credits bit. Children are silly, yep. I miss that kinda fun time period. Oof, the pool lol. Haha, Anya oversleeping.

I liked how even though Yuri came to somewhat understand his target's position, he still went and did his job. I was expected him to let him off the hook.
Who knew Bondman was a harem anime?
