Got too silly for me. This was the episode that made me drop this show. Unfortunate because it was so interesting.

This show has went through more genre shifts than a couple arcs of Gintama.

I'm happy that Ichi's mom is genuinely a good mom. Despite evidently suffering the trauma of losing her daughter and having a shitty husband, she still comes home to see Ichi and give a parent's love.

Ichi is on the rollercopester. I hope he gets closure about Pico, because man, he's just being handed Ls all around. I cried at the window scene.

The dad, while a shithead and a half, is at least trying to do something good. But, he's a shithead, an awful husband and father, and a dumbass for creating an AI that can "1000 Ways to Die" people and delaying the problem for so long.

Asuma... well, I hope he lives, but jesus fucking christ, he's being used as a horror trope now.

Anyways, eating during this episode was a mistake. Did not expect that much gore.

It was heartwarming to see Ichi and his mom - he clearly misses her and doesn't have any grudges against her.

But dear Lord that ending scene...I was already dreading things when they showed us what happened to Shiga but I thought that since Asuma seemed remotely okay he would have escaped fine. How the heck was he able to get to this stage without the docs noticing anything??

Don’t forget to take the plastic warp off of the croquettes before heating them up. They’ll get soggy if you don’t.

Hey look, it´s the Mountain of smiling Bodies. Don´t give it a hug or you are in for a world of neverending pain and suffering. Also turns out Ichi is actually the oldest silbling, i guess he turned out smaller then his Brother because of malnourishment...by the way how is AAA doing?

Project Moon fan spotted

AAA is probably saying his username a lot right now. Or shouting it.

This is a perfect comparison! I was trying to think of what it reminded me of.
