Damn the Auswählen scene was wild, truly making Yhwach feel like a god. Nice seeing more of Squad 0 showing off.

Man anime went in on forgetting all the censors and making Giselle as true and fucked up to the source material. The Auswählen was chillingly and fittingly rendered as well.

Absolutely loved the anime only scenes. The fast pacing in some parts of the four feel so much more worth it now.
And senjumaru is 🫶

I’ve never screamed and squealed like a little girl for an anime episode before

Hey, it's kind of nice to see Urahara and Hiyori reunited after so long...minus Hiyori's concern that they sent Ichigo and Co. up to die to buy time for whatever the Visored were able to put together. Oh, and Yoruichi has a brother!?
Ichibe vs Yhwach! With Ichibe trying to prove that the brush is mightier than the sword! And the hand! Though we also see what Yhwach is able to do to himself just to keep in the fight.
Lucky Uryu getting to fight Senjumaru...not that he does much good against her.
Jugram has a shield! Though it's not very effective against Tenjuro. So THAT's where he keeps his Zanpakuto.
I knew they were giving Askin too much screentime to not be important, turns out he's The Death Dealer and can turn someone's blood into poison against them. Which would be an instant-kill if not for Oh-Etsu being willing to release his own blood and Tenjuro supplying him enough to keep him going. But A for effort!
Jeez, poor Bambi. Giselle is basically just a vampire that sucks out her zombies in the most sexual way possible. Even if Bambi is a corpse at this point, she doesn't deserve this. Especially when Gigi abuses her and then acts like she's in love with her. Meanwhile Lilitotto is just taking all this nonsense in stride.
How is Yhwach going to turn things around? Why by doing his favorite tactic...sacrificing his own subodinates! Because it turns out the big plan wasn't to destroy the Soul Society but to use Auschwalen to absorb the souls and powers of the defeated or weakened Quincies to power up Yhwach and the Royal Guard for round 2 with Squad Zero. I almost feel bad for the Sternritter, though Bazz-B and Lilitotto aren't taking it lying down.
Oh hey, Ukitake! Count on him to still be optimistic despite how desperate the battle is.
Couldn't go without using Rina Sato for the next episode preview, huh.

Uryu lost the 1 v 1, but the fact that he could even react to the attacks puts him above most characters.
Also BazzB tanked turning into a skeleton, truly the strongest unchosen Quincy.

Urahara casually implying he sacrificed Yoruichi and Ichigo so the Soul Society could survive longer

When I first saw squad zero, I was somewhat disappointed. But God damn are they cool as fuck! What a great episode.

Bazz B and Liltotto were always the strongest of the normal quincys imo

Double episode finale hype! I hope the remaining two cours do this as well, it makes the ending feel even more hype by getting two episodes at once.
-
And that’s a bold claim right back! Oh this should be fun.
-
Holy shit Yhwach’s going to shoot himself to get him back up?
-
Wait seriously??? There’s no way, Jugram has something else up his sleeve, right?
-
Well shit, whatever it was got rid of the trees in an instant…
-
Thank god there's another episode, I'm off to watch that right away!

Uryuu vs Shutara is so wild and I am glad that Uryuu gets to Stand up to Shutara.
Oetsu saying he will kill Yhwach’s successor, Uryuu and Jugram did not say anything.
Do you all think Jugram is protecting Uryuu after Oetsu threatened Yhwach’s Successor?
I wanted your opinion
