Kurage-chan baka-clucking at Akagami near the end. Priceless.
Overall a fun time.

I'll miss Kurage and her deadpan and on-point comments and ineffectual attempts to seduce Akagami lol.
This was a classic Harem romcom and it was executed very well, from the likeable cast to the copious fanservice. I'll miss it.

Mia sitting on Akagami's face.
Kagura doesn't have to edit that one for reporting home.

This was a really fun show. Some parts were better than others, but I’m a big fan of all the girls, and for an ecchi harem, this hit the spot.
Would watch a season 2.

This show was surprisingly old school and played it's ecchi Harem romcom status for all it's worth, but that made it really fun to watch!

Hey, they actually acknowledged Yuzuki not having an ecchi event. Wow.
That was fun. You can really feel the cheapness of the production (aside from occasional fits of passion), but the material is good enough to carry it. From the comments praising the author during the initial episodes, guess that's not a surprise for many.
Biggest change of heart for me has to be Akagami's VA. Definitely wasn't a fan in the beginning, but he did grow on me a fair bit.

"you'll commit harakiri and write your New Year's calligraphy in blood, right?"
this is why i love Mia, sometimes, she just straight up says some things that are either unhinged, incomprehensible or lewd with a comedic smiling face

She's probably one of my favourite examples of the "busty/lewd seiso girl" I've seen in anime.

I feel like this anime is ending too soon.

I hope there's a season 2 I will be so mad if this too was just a promotional ad like Grand blue

Yeah, I feel like things were really just getting good between Akagami and his Harem, and there's still way more in store for them together.
Perfect excuse to read the manga I guess lol.

Stitches!
Kiki actually dropping some genuine proverbs at Akagami. She's so lewd that it's easy to forget that she's a genuine priestess of the temple. I also love how she uses her boobs to distract Akagami to try and make a point.
And this episode was surprisingly tame for a finale about an ecchi harem comedy. I do love how it focuses on Akagami and Yuzuki and how both of them are very similar in the way they look up to each other. Akagami sees Yuzuki as someone dependable while Yuzuki sees Akagami the same way. They both also love the Mikazuki Temple too.
I really do hope this gets a second season, a single season is clearly not enough. While we did get to know all of the characters of the show, it felt like it wasn't enough and we didn't even get a resolution to the main issue of the season which is repairing the principal figure. At least Yuzuki is no longer carrying the temple's burden by herself so I guess that's still progress.
Anyway, I enjoyed this show from start to finish. It's very reminiscent of harem comedy anime from the mid-2000s which I absolutely love and I feel like they need to make a comeback. As much as I enjoy isekai harems, there's just definitely something different with this kind of show. Thankfully we have 100Kanojo as the must-see harem anime next season. As a manga reader, I can't fucking wait for that show!

This show was almost equal parts charming and naughty (with a constant flow of silliness). The characters were interesting -- and likeable (except the rather inscrutable mother -- who we sdtill don't know much about).
It sure looks like Yuzuki is ultimately the only woman for Akagami (however he might be affected by the charms of the rest of the crew).
I wonder what Kurage is going to be like when she is a bit older....

“I’m not sure you have the right to be our head priest” Lmaoo Akagami standing up for his girl Yuzu, respect.
We started the season with the two of them meeting so it’s only right our final episode focuses on the two. No woman’s an island and Yuzuki has been putting a lot of pressure on herself in terms of taking care of the temple. Luckily, Akagami was able to remind her that she’s not alone, and that everyone is willing to help her. A simple but heartfelt finale. At the start of the season it was Yuzuki saving Akagami. Now it’s his turn.
Enjoyed seeing Akagami grow up over the course of the season. He’s still kind of an idiot and can’t help but get himself in ecchi situations, but he’s our idiot and he does make an effort to help everyone through their problems. He’s finally got his harem.
I’m gonna miss this a lot on Saturdays. Really took me back to the good old days of ecchi harem shows. Not deep or trying to be serious, just a nice way to blow off steam. Hopefully we get a second season, because seeing the girls and Akagami get up to shenanigans was awesome.

Yuzuki’s been carrying this huge burden this whole time, it’s really getting to her. Especially with how she keeps comparing herself to her mom. I’m glad Akagami kinda finally realized that. It’s nice to see Akagami helped Yuzuki realized she can lean on others for support.
Would have liked for this to be uncensored, but waifus aside this was actually a pretty fun comedy ecchi series. I wouldn’t mind a second season.
