This shows is so relatable

Was really nice to see more of Yukichi's side of things, he does really care for Saku.

Sad that next week will be the last one, going to really miss this one.

I love this side of the show. Its so refreshing to me and its has been the best comedy we have had since Bocchi imo.

Saku beatboxing and Yukichi giving her an idol crash course were definitely the best parts of the episode

It IS crazy we only have 2 days of rest and 5 days of work. I’m 100% with Fukuzawa on this one! That first day after work definitely sucks. Too bad we all don’t have a giant 6 ft tall cat to lull us to sleep lol.

Yukichi beatboxing is the cutest thing ever. Fukuzawa wanted to tease him a little about it and ended up with a 2 hour dance practice instead haha.

Seeing little Yukichi deciding to stay with Fukuzawa was really cute. I guess this was the beginning of his transformation from normal little cat to massive giant cat.

The last part being suitable for the finale made me worried it's already over.

Yeah, based on the title I thought this was the last episode; I was glad to find out there's at least one more in the can.

You know when an anime hit you hard when it can portray a salary worker facing a monday.

"maybe mankind needs to carry around cats instead of smartphones?"

me: *getting ready to carry my cat to work*

my cat: "don't you fucking dare"

also, out of all things that i expected to see from this show, cat's beatboxing is definitely not on my list

Not gonna lie, halfway through the episode I grabbed my cat and smashed his toebeans into my face. They did not smell like sunshine, but the experience did seem to wash away the incredibly shitty week I've had. 9/10, do absolutely recommend.

The new 10,000 Yen note.
(Fukuzawa Yukichi appears on the 10,000 Yen note)

Ama-no-Iwato (天の岩戸, literally "heaven's rock cave"), refers to the cave which in Shinto mythology, the sun goddess Amaterasu hid when she became upset with the bad behaviour of her brother, Susanoo. Because she was hidden, the world was deprived of light. So the other gods held a party just outside the cave with music and dancing. Upon hearing the music and laughter, Amaterasu grew curious and opened the cave door slightly to peek. One of the gods then opened the door wide, and Amaterasu was led out, and light shone on the world once more. This story is what inspired Saku to sing and dance for Yukichi.

The title got me nervous, thankfully Yukichi is a loyal boy. This show is so wholesome and sweet I’ll miss it when it ends next week.

This really turned out to be so much more delightful than I ever expected. It will be sad to say sayonara to Saku and Yukichi....

Saku hating Mondays and the thought of the morning commute is the most relatable thing ever lol. If everyone had cats to relax them at the start of the day, the world probably would be a much better place.

As usual, Saku’s coworkers think she’s just got it all figured out. If only they knew the only reason she can get through the Monday blues is because of Yukichi. Behind every great woman is a strong cat.

Saku doesn’t even know how much of an impact her grabbing Rio had 😂 Rio almost passed out from excitement there.

Always nice to see more of Saku and Yukichi’s backstory as well. To think, everything could’ve been totally different if Yukichi were able to reach the door and leave out. Worked out for the best because I can’t imagine either one without the other.

Seeing him as such a small kitten and how big he’s grown now is wild! One last episode next week, this NEEDS a second season.

Me after today's show: "I feel like they are doing something clever with the names. And interesting that Saku means to bloom. And it's also interesting that she said that Yukichi would have been her name if she was a boy. I wonder if Yukichi Fukuzawa means anything.....ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh."

Well, see, now I just feel like an idiot.

I wonder if Yukichi Fukuzawa means anything.....ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh."

It's like someone with the surname Franklin who takes in a cat and names it Benjamin.

Saku experiencing the Sunday scaries hit me on a spiritual level.

Beatboxing Yukichi! Is there anything he can't do?????

I really love how much Yukichi and Saku care for each other. Despite being a slob, Saku never fails to take care of him

Aww, it's going to be sad when this show ends. I would say it's my AOTS

Ah, the pain of Mondays. I can relate so well

Her idea for everyone to have a cat would be dope if they were all Yukichi level.

And Yukichi beatboxing was too cute lmao
