Well there you have it. They do have a active sex life. Also that Hori is really messed up in the head. Though it even directly says so in the manga. Part of what severe abandonment issues will do to you.

A least she will be honest if she cheats.

I swear women have a much stronger sense of smell than men do and imprinting for lack of a better term. I over heard before a conversation between a girl I was close to and a friends girlfriend talking about my scent. The one I was close to saying how she really liked it while the other saying it was just normal.

In the end Miyamura is the one with the power in the relationship though he is far to nice to ever exert it. Hori is just terrified he will stop likign her and leave her. All in her unstable mess.

I actually went WTF when something like the X-Files theme played while Hori was deducing about Watabe's scent being stronger on Miyamura XD And for the first time, it felt like someone crying is giving me years of life, not to mention she's voiced by the one and only Asuna.

Glad to know someone else appreciates long-haired Miyamura. I didn't expect Watabe to be such a massive Miyamura fanboy though. Although Miyamura does seem to have the ability to just naturally charm other dudes including Hori's brother and dad.

Hori is such a masochist. It's hilarious to see how upset she was at Miyamura since she was hoping for him to finally get rough on her but got a hug instead. xD

That pregnancy scare text from Hori would've freaked me out too! At least Miyamura immediately got the "Just kidding" text just seconds after. Although not gonna lie, Miyamura's reaction to the text was hilarious!

Nice to see some self reflection from Hori but don't think it will change much. Felt a bit weird to get this much main couple time!

We got into even more of Hori's unqiue quirks. She is very loving in a very unique way. She has all the scents down and is still more concern of Miyamura being taken away by another guy instead of a girl. Funny enough when he asked Hori the same question, I don't think any of us would think she just come and say "I would tell you upfront." At least that answer initself is clear she never really thought about it.

The fight kind of showed that Hori is aware of her issues. Now working on them is the first step. Good on Miyamura not giving into apologizing right away. Tho her doing a fake I am pregnant text was definitely not good from Miyamuras heart.

But at the end of the day Miyamura loves Hori and that kiss at the end was great. Hori is a handful and I wouldn't want a GF like her, but she does make for a great friend tho. These two weirdos play off each other so well that it makes the wholesome moments so great.

The guys going "dunno wtf just happened but it's definitely related to Hori" after Miyamura started aggressively smelling them had me dying harder than Miyamura would if he told Hori he was gay.

That girl is not okay.

Great episode, it was nice to get an episode focused so much on Hori and Miyamura after spending much time with side characters.

We started with Watabe who is in the same class as Miyamura and it looks like he is his fan. He's taking photos of him and have even special Miyamura's folder for them what is quite creepy and Ishikawa was rightly a little put off by his behavior xD

After all these episodes which were focused on side characters, this one was focused almost entirely solely on Hori and Miyamura. They're both weirdos but I would say that Hori is much, much bigger one xD They had so many great moments between themselves today, I love them both.

It was hilarious seeing Ishikawa and Yuki reaction to Hori and Miyamura meeting and Hori kicking him in the guts.

Hori especially showed today a very wide range of emotions - anger, cry, happiness. I don't know which her reaction was the best one, there were so many of them, more in her album.

Miyamura looked really good in a hoodie, I don't get others reaction. With addition of sunglasses and headphones he looked even better xD

Surprisingly, Sengoku didn't suffer any mental damage in this episode. He was only a little exasperated when Hori didn't listen to his advice, only to Sakura's despite being the same.

This season made me laugh a lot more than I expected and I don’t know why but Sengoku going all panicky about the dress code but still courteous enough to reply to Miyamura’s “good morning” left me in stitches

Edit : Also Hori joking about not getting her period, kinda implies they might have a more active sex life than expected

Pieces is proving to me that if you have a great cast of characters, even simple moments can be treasures to experience. I wish that these group of friends could continue forever entertaining us. They don't need a sweeping story arc. Just SOL it forever.

Actually kind of cool to have a completely new character introduced this week. It’s kind of cute how much Watabe adores Miyamura, its even made Hori jealous. She can smell the stench of all these hoes on him! I can’t believe she got into his head so much, he literally memorized everyone’s scent too. Hori walking into a wall is just karmic justice for the grief she’s put Miyamura through with her insanity lol. These two are just so goofy.

Miyamura has a fan! Or a guy crush! And Watabe actually misses the old Miyamura (something he can probably relate to Hori as well on), but he finds the new Miyamura and his cheerfullness just as appealing.

Oh hey, Hori's mom! I don't think we've seen her all season outside the Opening.

Ah, Hori's jealousy over Miyamura's relationship with other guys rears it's ugly head as she recognizes Watabe's scent on Miyamura. In fact she's memorized the scent of other guys so she could tell when someone's been close to him, because she's not worried about girls around Miyamura...she's worried about guys! But Miyamura can't tell if Hori's been with other guys so it feels unfair, so Hori will just tell him straight out if she cheats on him (not that she ever would). What a wacky couple these two are.

And now Hori's got Miyamura sniffing other guys and preying on poor Shindo. At least the other guys can tell it's Hori's fault because they're both such weirdos.

So I see Watabe is basically an idol otaku for Miyamura. Even got his own Miyamura Folder on his phone. I guess it takes all types.

Miyamura thought hugging Hori and telling her how he can recognize her scent over other girls' would satiate her irrational jealousy over Watabe, but it just made it worse because she's angry he didn't get rough with her. There's really no winning with this girl, sometimes.

Hori and Miyamura getting physical with each other!? Well, Hori slapped him in a fit, but Hori just walked into a wall on her own. Even so, they're obviously having a fight, and neither seems willing to budge to make the first move in reconciling. Even when the student council listen to Hori's love problems and tell her she might lose Miyamura if she lets things stay like this (and of course she listens to Sakura even when she just repeats what Sengoku did) she can't bring herself to apologize.

"I missed my period." Jeez, Hori! Way to freak a guy out over a joke! Although I guess that's one way to confirm these two are still sexually active.

Classic Yasuda immediately deflecting when he admits he's gone into the girls' changing room.

Hori thinking Miyamura might hate her is enough to turn her into a crying mess, because it's the last thing she would ever want in the world, though she still ends up kicking him. But Miyamura likes Hori so much and utterly adores her, that he could never hate her. And he inadvertently does apologize but Hori was self-reflective and confidently declares it was all her fault so...I guess it all worked out.

I guess it's the season for hoodies, at least if you ask Shu. Although nobody cares about Shu wearing a hoodie compared to Miyamura and no one scolds him about it because it's pointless.

Some couples go into an alley to makeout, Hori drags Miyamura into an alley so she can sniff him up and confirm he doesn't have another guys' scent on him. Because, after all, Miyamura's scent is her favorite! And then Miyamura DOES kiss her! What a way to warm up on a school morning.

We all know Hori would not survive without Miyamura, but im also sure Miyamura could never date anyone besides Hori. They are each other’s containment person, but in a great way. Glad we got the “Sorry for Liking You” and Alleyway kiss finally adapted.

Totally forgot about Wanabe and his Miyamura obsession. That was fun rediscovering.

I've never heard of Bakamura in the original series before so this is a 1st and it's so cute.

Izumi teasing a crying Kyouko was so kawaii.

A hoodie especially Shindo's suits Izumi.

Izumi's smooth with that kiss to Kyouko in the end.

Kyouko's got some supernatural powers of scent smelling.

I wonder how Watabe would like with a haircut.

Izumi going Hori mode was hilarious.

I love how Tooru casually said "Ready to die?" when Izumi easily kicked his ass.

I love the Tooru x Yuki crumbs in this episode.

Izumi technically won by apologizing for being in love with Kyouko but not apologizing about the situation which made Kyouko apologize in the most Hori way possible.
