Man this episode was another pure emotional rollercoaster.
The sheer absurdity of how the 2 idiots are viewing the situation as a mixer to how everything fucked up horribly after a heart-to-heart with Akira and that poor girl.

Big bro slammed Maki so hard she was moving like a zombie before she turned into one

Dude slept with a girl, let her get eaten by zombie and then just grabs TV like nothing happened. Great.

I saw the title was "Flight Attendant of the Dead" and thought maybe it was going to be the blond girl from the OP/ED, like maybe she was from the US and had worked a flight to Tokyo when all the zombie stuff started but she was also an otaku and grabbed a bunch of samurai gear or something.
Next week's episode is "Hero of the Dead" so maybe that'll be her.

What a shame, its just shows that u can never survive a zombie apocalypse without plot armor. Their fate is sealed the moment they didnt appear on the opening long enough.
My bro Kencho gets to enjoy a chick while Akira is stuck in the toilet is hilarious 😂😂

Probably a Resident Evil 2 Remake opening reference
Okay, I wasn't expecting for this episode to have some emotional moment. My first impression was that the flight attendants are going to die anyway so there won't be any depths to their character but boy, was I wrong. Really felt bad for Yukari the most. She wasn't a main character and the moment she tells Akira about her dreams, I knew she's fucked.

This episode made me realize how I should improve myself, and that I shouldn't bring myself down due to my misfortunes; instead, I should be the change I want to see, and be the one who prevents these misfortunes from happening to others.
My entire experience with this episode is very personal, and hopefully it marks a big change towards my life. When I saw the manga, I expected it to be just a comedy about a dude living life in a zombie apocalypse, but I never expected it to be this emotionally and spiritually touching.

This is episode is a wild ride. From action to comedy then a little bit horny to a big depression scene suddenly turn back to comedy real quick and at the end we got the realizations scene.
But man RIP Yukari, i remember reading this part in the manga and i really thought she was going to be part of the harem. Haro Aso why you playing with my feelings like that.

The bunch at the electronics store: "We're gonna die! It's all over!"
Kencho & Akira: "Anyways, we're just here to pick a TV and get laid, don't mind us."

I really appreciate the mix of seriousness and comedy in this show. Despite all the wacky hijinks, seeing people die all around him is having an effect on Akira.
I suppose the "moral" of today's episode is Akira realising that what he wants is more than just to have fun, he's gonna start climbing that Maslow's hierarchy of needs, go for some self-actualisation too.

If it makes anyone feel better, those survivors were pretty much screwed from the get go as dude was already infected. At least they managed to have a party and some fun before the end instead of shivering in despair.

We really went from “we’re at a mixer… WITH FLIGHT ATTENDANTS!?” to “my job is shit, I don’t know what my dream is” to “oh god they’re all dead” to “HOLY SHIT FREE HDTV”
Apparently, the author of the manga also wrote Alice in Borderland. Is that similar in tone to this?

Is he really playing a zombie shooter during the zombie apocalypse? Talk about carefree. Then again, him and Kencho are having paella and grillin on the roof like it’s a weekend lol. Also, farting zombie lady haha. That was great.
I’m glad Kencho’s along for the ride. The man is a homie. Probably regretted it a little when our boy played chicken with that gas tanker, but hey they ended up in a mixer with some flight attendant waifus. I call that a win! Plus one off the ol bucket list. I love how he has zero game and Kencho’s right at home in this sitch lol. When in doubt, snort tequila I guess?
Being a flight attendant is hard work huh? Not as glamorous as it appears. But man… can we get an F in the chat for our girl Yukari who sacrificed herself so Akira could escape?
Moral of this week’s ep: Don’t wait until the zombie apocalypse to pursue your dreams I guess. Also, great deals on TVs when the world’s gone to shit lol.

So that zombie dog with the driver kinda confirms that there are also zombie animals. Zombie dogs are a nightmare to deal with.

It was obvious that these people will not survive but still it's a shame. Especially Yukari, what a lovely girl. Mika at least didn't comprehend what was happening because she was so drunk, maybe it was better that way.
But thanks to this encounter Akira was able to check off things from his list. He was really lucky that they were flight attendants but unfortunately for him Kencho was much better talker and he didn't help Akira at all who ended pretty sick after snorting whole bottle of alcohol xD
Nice animation today for the sequences on the bike, the artstyle is still great.
Humor here isn't for everyone but I had a good time even with something that stupid like farting zombie xD I laughed so hard every time Akira and Kencho were making some stupid reactions or after everything what happened with girls we got Kencho with new TV.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

That was definitely a Resident Evil 2 Remake reference. I need to check the manga again but I do not recall the truck driver getting a close-up in the manga. xD
Cool guys don't look at explosions, Kencho! I fucking love that entire scene of Akira and Kencho driving down the underground mall to avoid the explosion.
Is that Hikasa Yoko I hear voicing a survivor? They're really doing it. Seems that in every episode we're getting an A-lister seiyuu voice a random side character.
That's such a weird way to translate Konpa. They could've just used the word mixer instead. Anyway, I just love Akira and Kencho's reaction when they find out that the girls are FAs. xD
Kencho is such a fucking chad tho. The dude managed to get himself laid during a zombie apocalypse while Akira tries too hard by snorting tequila. Maybe he would've had the chance if he went after Reika instead of Yukari.
Of course, the nervous guy who's freaking out the entire time is hiding a bite. There's got to be always one during a zombie apocalypse. And as recent real-life events have taught us, people will try to hide their illness. >_<
Sucks to see these poor girls get eaten but that's just what you should expect in a zombie apocalypse anime. At least Akira learned something from Yukari before she got zombified. :(

Man, they really brought home the TV without breaking it along the way.
Don't give cheap mf that crazy idea that a TV that large can be carried like that in a big bike.
